This is probably one of my favorite locations. They load up the salad which is awesome and the tortillas are nice and fresh! Really enjoyed it and it almost seemed like how cafe Rio used to be way back when. Excellent service as well

I have visited this Cafe Rio a few times and typically I appreciate how they portion my salads. However, on all of my most recents visits they have forgotten my extra sauces that I paid for. I was pretty disappointed with my food today as my shredded chicken salad was not shredded at all and the key lime pie I ordered was very liquid- both the pie itself and the whip cream.

Worst Cafe Rio spot. Barely got any rice or beans and just 2 dry pieces of pulled pork. And my husband asked for extra meat and this is what he got. Was mainly filled with lettucRio. The horchata was more like water eith hints of horchata flavor Will always stick with the Murray location. I don’t recommend this Cafe rio.

To summarize it yes I would eat here again, but they just need to work on the standards of food safety and cleanliness. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt thinking they just got done with a rush. I was a little disappointed to see that the salsa was sitting so long it had formed a cap on the container.

Ordered take-out. When I got home, I discovered they forgot to add the pork to my sweet pork quesadilla. They also forgot the Medium Hatch chili sauce. And the fajita veggies. And the corn salsa. So I just paid $12 for a tortilla, cheese, and a handful of wilted lettuce. Not cool, Cafe Rio.

We visited on a Sunday and went through the drive-thru to place our order. We asked for two steak tacos as part of a meal with a drink, and the employee told us they only sell them on Tuesdays. When we asked for clarification, we were told that tacos are only discounted on Tuesdays. We explained that we were happy to pay full price and were not asking for a discount, and they eventually added them to our order.
We also ordered a burrito meal and requested five side tortillas. Even though there was no one behind us, we felt rushed while ordering. When we received our food, our drinks were missing and we were only given one side tortilla instead of five. We had to go inside to get our drinks and the rest of the tortillas.
Overall, the experience was frustrating due to the confusion, rushed service, and incomplete order.

Went through the drive thru and the guy at the window added a tip onto my transaction without my permission. I could tell something was fishy when he told me one price at the window and then on the pos system it costed more. When I told him about it he acted oblivious, but I could tell it was intentional. Manager was nice but gave me back the tip money in cash, when I paid on card. I won’t be coming back to this Cafe Rio. Would suggest you watch out and ensure they don’t add a tip onto your order.

I usually don’t leave reviews for chain restaurants because most of the time their food quality is not that fresh, but either way, I still consume it. What really caught my attention about this place is the food actually tasted fresh, and the flour tortillas were done fresh on the spot. I have gone to other popular chains like this one, and Cafe Rio will now be my #1 to go to, as it comes out cheaper than the other similar chains. Their street elote and tres leches are really good!

I really dont like complain about food but this is one of the worst burritos ive recieved. Only in terms of its absolutely not what I paid for.
I ordered a sweet pork burrito, lettuce & Pico. I said yes twice, thats okay if the drive thru didnt hear me but when I was asked again I said yes. I actually enjoy a lot of lettuce & pico. I recieved 0 lettuce & 0 pico de gallo. My burrito is disturbingly massive & drowning in sauce. I am doing my best to eat it but when its not proportional or what I paid for is what I am frustrated with.

Imagine a giant, slopped in sauce to the point it feels like a burrito in a stew. ♀️
