the lady gave me attitude and yelled across the food court at me cause i grabbed the bottle of green sauce . i got the papas locas and it’s supposed to come with green sauce and it literally only had a little bit on one side of the tray . ive gotten this meal a few times and it usually has a lot more so i grabbed the bottle to add it . if thats not what the bottles are there for them don’t leave them upfront or at least make the meal right to begin with . theres no reason to openly give customers attitude and then go talking crap about them to another customer . i usually love coming to eat here but if i see this lady here i will now avoid it . the other food places here are cheaper anyways and have better service

Ordered tostones on the computer, no cashier – paying cash ( is an option) – stood there 8 min, no one came out, went to order food at the smoothie place, the arepazoo cashier starts yelling for me to come back cashier doesn’t speak any English, gave me attitude, i was paying cash. Paid, go back to smoothie place. 20 min later, tostones are ready, ask for ketchup mayo, cashier points to bottle, ask for condiment container, they don’t have open tostones box, TOSTONES are BURNT ! i told the cashier, she calls a lady from the back who doesn’t speak English either, 2nd lady gets younger lady who speaks English, younger lady gone ask me with stank attitude, “ohhh you think they’re burnt cause there brown!?”, i kindly said, stop playing with me and give me my money back, yall doing too much now.
They speaking Spanish to each other for 5 min, I said again, i want a refund and to leave now, tell her your story later, they both start screaming at me carrying on.
She gave my refund, i gave them a .50 tip and bounced. The pricing is weird, a JR burger is $7, add fries and drink, $4 more.

Food was delicious. I had the Venezuelan Burger with egg and my GF had the Tostones with Chicken sandwich. Girl at front counter was miserable and not helpful or attentive at all. They are located INSIDE Del Sol Mall in the Food Court.
