I had a great experience at Chick-fil-A! Ashton was the cashier and also delivered our food along with napkins. He was friendly, socialized with us, and even wished my mom a happy birthday, which was a nice personal touch. Another worker politely checked in to see if we needed any refills. Overall, great establishment with excellent staff. The grilled chicken sandwich was delicious!

We visit this location frequently but did not have a good experience today. My husband went to pick up breakfast because I’ve been at home sick and can barely get out of bed. I asked for my burrito to be made with the chicken on the side, something that I’ve ordered at other locations without issue! The manager gave my husband a hard time and insisted he’d have to be charged for the chicken separately. So he was charged an extra $3 and change for the chicken when chicken already comes with the burrito. How hard is it for them to put it on the side? I like it on the side because it gets soggy when initially put on the burrito. Asked for extra salsa as well and was given one packet. Definitely not pleased and won’t be coming back. I’m just shocked after many occasions of great service that this is how they decide to treat customers! Despicable.

They’re nice but this is the slowest chic fil a I have ever been to in my life. They also make a lot of errors. It seems like it’s run by kids. It doesn’t feel as uniform as every other chic fil a I’ve been too

Every time these people aim to please! Food, service, attention to our very young grandchildren and special orders and dietary needs as well as jumping to clean up messes from tiny hands! Salads are dependably fresh. I love the Cobb salad. I have noticed the order is more likely to get messed up if any changes are requested (i.e. grilled chicken instead of nugget slices on top or no cheese). Even if the salad isn’t as I’ve asked, it’s fresh, tastes good, and very filling. The service is reliably friendly, too.

Savannah was very nice. We got our food very fast and it was hot. Drive thru was very long, so recommend dining in the restaurant. It was very chill inside,besides the fact that there was a screaming child. It is not the restaurants fault though. You have to get chick-fil-a sauce when you come.
