Super disappointed today, I ordered from the mobile app today and when I get home and open my sandwich, there is more mayo than there is meat and the bread is soggy from the mayo. I go here weekly but that may change if this continues to happen. I tried to call twice but nobody answered the phone so I could complain, which is why I left a review.

My husband and I stopped to have a quick lunch and received THE BEST customer service we have had anywhere in such a long time! The young lady working ( by herself I might add) was very pleasant, helpful, patient and kind to every customer who came in. She made sure to acknowledge them even if she was with another customer and was very efficient. To the young lady who served us, Shanna, THANK YOU! You are amazing and deserve a promotion!

My dad and I went for lunch and usually this place is fine. This time though, there was a Hispanic lady with glasses who kept coughing all over the food. I was almost done with my sandwich when I realized she was coughing everywhere, and that completely ruined my appetite. Next morning I wake up with a sore throat and cough. She should probably be fired honestly as I’m not the only person this has happened to.

They’re redoing the lobby with dust and chemicals everywhere. Cannot be safe. Do NOT go here! Obviously don’t care about customer safety. My chest hurts after standing in the fumes. Employees were exposed to the fumes and dust too long also. No matter how hard they were trying it wasn’t a good environment.

Have previously used mailed to my address coupons at this location. Went in to try one of their new Signature Series sandwiches and was proceeded to be told that my coupon was “not accepted at this” Subway it was only “accepted” at “participating Subways” and they are “not participating” and taking coupons any longer. Furthermore the attendant left and “snickered” as we left because we were hoping to use the coupon that we were mailed, “humiliating” us and “be rating” us and making us feel “belittled” because we were using a buy one get one free coupon that Subway sends to its patrons to use

I come here once or twice a week and get my ham and turkey extra turkey and the morning ladies are wonderful! I love them both!!! I went this evening and couldn’t believe the difference in service. I asked for my normal and she slapped the meat on and I had to her extra turkey again and she said I did and I said no you didn’t. Im used to the morning shift being kind and folding the meat….3 turkey, 3 ham and 3 more turkey. I said to this girl will you please make it how you would want to eat it and she said I AM! I said it doesn’t usually look like that! So I got all my toppings on the side so I could eat it like it’s usually made foe me! I will never go there after 4 again! Thanks morning ladies you rock!

When I opened this to write a review, I read the previous one from Kelley Nicholle. I could just copy and paste it as my experience today was almost the same. The only difference is that two employees on the line had their masks under their nose and the 3rd employee was correctly wearing hers. A woman stepped up to the counter as I was paying and told them she wouldn’t be staying to place an order because they weren’t wearing their masks correctly. I agreed with her and stated they were not protecting anyone or the food. I have frequented this Subway since it opened but I don’t know that I will be back while we remain in a pandemic. Apparently the management hasn’t made any changes since Kelley’s review.

Refused to take any coupons advertised, workers told me it was due to management “losing too much money” so my whole order was double what it should’ve been because when I went to pay they said their manager isn’t accepting any of the coupons advertised. I’ll be going to a different Subway in the future that will honor the deals they advertise.
