Finally we got to try the food here. Remember it’s closed on Monday. It’s easy to order and come and pick up. We went and ordered there and it had club music playing and have benches to wait for your food. We ended up eating there.
The Quesadillas were amazing and large pizza style. The consommé was good and flavorful, salsa was good too. Krunchwrap was awesome.
Empanadas were very small in size. It came with a creamy sauce and pineapple habanero sauce.
The pineapple habanero sauce was awesome. Sweet to start with and then the habanero hits. Then the owner got us some of the habanero and it was spicy but not crazy. It hits you and then you feel your face go warm.

We will definitely be back to try other stuff like tacos.

She did tell us to follow the food truck as it moves around.

I stopped by The Pass Kitchen and tried their Chicken Empanadas and Chicken Tinga Quesadilla, and both hit the spot! The empanadas were perfectly golden and flaky with a flavorful, seasoned chicken filling. Adding the garlic aioli took it up another level! creamy, rich, and full of flavor.

The Chicken Tinga Quesadilla was just as good! Melty, cheesy, and packed with that smoky, slightly spiced chicken. You can tell everything’s made fresh, and the ingredients taste real and well-seasoned.

Definitely recommend if you’re craving some authentic Spanish-style comfort food with great flavor and freshness. I’ll be back for sure.

I don’t know why they changed the size of the tacos now you get 3 small tacos for $18, that’s just insane I think the management has changed because I’ve been coming here for years since they opened and the birria tacos were filling and not dry but a lot has changed and I don’t like it. I guess talkin tacos it is for me from now on:( I’m so disappointed I use to love this place I didn’t even care that I was paying almost $20 for 3 regular birria tacos. With NO Sides no nothing??and now you go smaller less cilantro less meat and now its drier doesn’t taste like it did when I the last use to be there now it’s just boys! The first pic is how they use to look the last pic is how the come now

Grab a chair, we might be here a minute.
Were from out of town and got recommended to come here. We got the Birra Tacos, Crunchwrap, and Ramen, the Carne Asada Quesadilla, a couple Chicken empenadas, a couple Beef empanadas, the Chips and Queso, as well as 3 of the house made aqua frescoes: Strawberry Peach, Pineapple Mango and the New Lemonade.
When someone say “Big things come in small packages” they’re talking about The Pass Kitchen!
Don’t let the small store front fool you, walk through the front door and the aroma of delicious food will let you know you’ve found the right place!
Inside is a cozy environment and the serve was a quick and beyond polite, even mentioning their new (unreleased yet) Lemonade and allowing us to buy a bottle!
She was super friendly and our entire order was correct, even with the large amount of food we ordered.
Everything we order was an absolute SMASH, I would recommended ANY of them to anyone that goes here.
Flavor on Flavor on FLAVOR!
*I may have drank some of the consume from my Ramen when I was done.*

Overall, 5 stars isn’t enough for this place… The line should have been OUT THE DOOR but we got right in and right out.
We will absolutely be back!

The Pass Kitchen’s food truck was at my workplace on Tuesday 1/27/2026, and this was my first time experiencing their food.

I was greeted as soon as I got to the truck, and they suggested I try the Krunchwrap. I opted for it with the beef brisket, and within 10-15 minutes, the food was ready, hot , and fresh.

Let me tell you, this was the most satisfying meal I’ve had at a food truck in a very, very long time. The flavors were amazing, the accompanying sauces really complemented the dish, and I was satisfyingly full without feeling stuffed.

I highly recommend you give them a chance as soon as they’re in the area. Fantastic food, fantastic employees, and reasonable prices for the quality of the food you’re getting.

Genuinely enjoy this place but not sure when they decided to change up portion sizes. From what I was told “same portion size just different tortilla and pressed down more” I honestly feel ripped off to pay $26 for this. I hope you guys figure something out here. Check out other people’s pictures from past reviews and it says it all.

If you’re looking for GOOD food, this is the spot! So far I’ve tried the empanadas and the birria beef taco (with the sauce on the side) and babyyyy… SO DELICIOUS! I was introduced to this place just last week and I’ve already been four times. That should tell you everything.

The first time I came in, Erica was so sweet and took the time to walk me through the menu. Even though I already had my mind set on the empanadas, I knew I’d be back to try more and she gave some amazing recommendations on their popular dishes. She was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Give this lady a raise!

One of the biggest things for me when visiting any establishment is how I feel when I walk in, and I definitely felt welcomed here. If you haven’t tried this place yet, do yourself a favor and go. You will not be disappointed.

Highly recommend this take-out establishment! The shrimp and pork quesadilla was exceptional, with a delightful crunch and rich, balanced flavors. The generous portion size was impressive, and the accompanying consommé and queso added depth to the meal. Service was efficient, and quality was evident. Will definitely return to sample more of their offerings

My husband and I were riding down 436 and were craving tacos but we didn’t know where to go. The Pass Kitchen popped up and we figured we could go. It was only a few minutes away, it seemed like it was a local business, and the pictures looked good. When we came it, only one person was waiting. We were greeted by a lady in the window. The iPad was a little slow at first but we ordered the chicken and birria tacos. It took about 10 minutes for the food and when we opened the box, the tacos looked delicious! The tacos didn’t make it home. We will definitely be back. Be warned, there are no tables to eat at, but that definitely wasn’t a con to my husband and I. I realized that there wasn’t much cheese on the birria tacos but they have the option to add more.

Pictures taken roughly 6 minutes apart; didn’t stand a chance. My first time ever trying birria, and it makes an embarrassment of all the other Mexican food I’ve ever tried. Absolutely phenomenal. Wait time was less than 10 minutes for fresh, hot, delicious food. 10/10
