The Owner was so welcoming and eager to serve us. She recommended some popular options to help us with our decision making and she was right, they were very good. Decided to try the Cinna babe as well which was amazing, and she was so sweet giving us an extra so we didn’t have to split it. Their chai drink was very tasty, perfect spices for the holidays. And to top it off— as we were getting ready to finish up, she came out with her biscuit and gravy for us to try, just because she really wanted us to try it (and it was absolutely delicious). When you have people who care about your experience and their food, it truly shows and creates an all around better experience for the guests. Having great food on top of that is always a plus! Thanks for having us, we’ll be sure to visit again soon!

The star of the show was definitely the Cinnamon biscuits Omg don’t waste anytime Just Order That!!! Sooooo delicious not too sweet which I really appreciated .
Can we also talk about the Matcha and the Lattes 20/10 sooo good.

Came here for the first time and will likely be back every week! I got the Crispy Honey chicken and it was incredible. Staff is very friendly and the vibe of the place is great for a morning brunch with a friend. Would recommend to anyone who likes biscuits because you won’t find much better!

Food & Drinks: We ordered the Basic Babe, BBL Drizzy, and Cry Babee, along with lavender lemonade and matcha babe. The biggest issue was that the sandwiches were very dry. The biscuit itself is really good, but once it turns into a sandwich, it’s where it goes wrong. The chicken was too thick and not coated in enough sauce for the biscuit size and texture. The egg, cheese, and sausage were also very dry with the biscuit. It feels like, because the biscuit was good, that they thought they could put anything with it and it would taste good, but they didn’t put much thought into the sandwich creation and build. The drinks were terrible. The counter person raved about the drinks and how they would taste, but they lacked flavor. They were warm instead of iced, and the additional flavorings that we asked for were not present in the drinks. When we asked for more sauce because the sandwiches were dry, we were told the sauces cost a dollar each for a very small amount.
Atmosphere and Service: It’s a cute, small, cozy place, there are tables to eat and dine, but it’s very intimate. There was one person working the counter and it looked like one person was in the kitchen cooking. The counter person was a great server but he did make our order to go which we didn’t ask for and we waited 15 minutes for our drinks due to the fact that he was sitting at the counter eating a sandwich behind the register and our drinks were not made the way we asked. Overall we wanted to come out and support the business and try the food I would not return due to the unpleasant experience with the food but hopefully they will make some changes for future customers.

The Biscuit Babe just opened in a quiet Hoboken neighborhood and it’s a must-visit. There’s nothing else like it around here — creative biscuit sandwiches, great coffee drinks, and a dog-friendly atmosphere (they even had biscuit dog treats!) . A few small tables inside and out make it a nice spot to sit, but they sell out fast on weekends, so go early or try a weekday like I did.

I had an iced vanilla latte, strawberry matcha, iced caramel latte, and the BBL Drizzy, which was a chicken sandwich on a light, fluffy biscuit that tasted similar to a Red Lobster biscuit but even better. The chicken was breaded and cooked beautifully. The Basic Babe, a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich, was so delicious I wanted another one.
Nicky, the owner, made the entire experience unforgettable. She treated my boyfriend and me like we had known her for years and even offered us a cinnamon bun that ended up being the best dessert I have ever had. It was freshly baked, warmed up perfectly, and topped with the most amazing icing.
What stood out even more was how much Nicky praised her kitchen staff for their incredible cooking skills. You can tell every dish is made with love and care, and she truly values her team.
The coffee shop itself is stunning. The marble tables, beautiful wallpaper, and spotless environment show how much pride Nicky puts into her business. The atmosphere is warm, fun, and full of positive energy. Biscuit Babe is the kind of place you never want to leave, and it is easily one of the best coffee shops I have ever been to.

The Biscuit Babe is a genius concept. I have been wanting to go in since they opened, and finally got to go today. What more does one want – Biscuits are the best! And these did not disappoint. The atmosphere was friendly, dope music, clean space. Cherish at the register was a doll – she steered me to the Drizzy which is divine, and I also ordered a biscuit with butter and jam – classic, yummy and satisfying. Their chai tea is delicious too. All staff were kind, personable, and positive. Will definitely be returning and will tell my friends!
