Probably some of the healthiest fast food you can get. Great roast beef sandwiches and great fries. Horseradish sauce is really good.
Plenty of young families here enjoying it.

I didn’t know they sold hot dogs here so I ordered one and they could have kept the burnt smelling bun. The fries were nice and hot but a wee bit overrated.

“Better than Arby’s” is scrawled all over their reviews so I figured I should give them a shot. I’m glad I did!
Roast beef is tender, warm and very clearly cut from a big primal. Arby’s always makes me wonder what part of the cow I’m eating. I also liked that the beef was served somewhere around medium-rare. Add in a horseradish sauce with a kick and the fact their original sandwich without cheese is less than 350 calories and this is starting to look like a place I favor.
Very friendly staff and a flavorful sandwich make it a much different fast food experience than other places in the area have to offer.
One note: if you’re watching calories…their Cole slaw is as caloric as a second sandwich and not that great. I won’t make that mistake twice.

If you love cold sloppy roast beef with small portions (even if you pay extra for large) this Lion’s Choice is the perfect place. I’m not sure what the lemons looked liked several days go but today they were brown and outta juice, literally!

I’ve been by several Lions Choice locations but never stopped. I made it a point to stop the last time I was passing through the St. Louis area. Right around lunch time on a Sunday. Ordered the King meal. Wow, so much flavor in the beef! The fries were good as well. There is an assortment of pump sauces – ketchup, horseradish sauce, tangy bbq, smoky bbq. The au jus/gravy dispenser is a nice touch as well, steaming HOT! I ordered a chocolate milkshake to finish Friendly staff, I can’t wait to return. Better than Arbys, in my opinion.

No greetings, no smiles, no thank you’s. I asked if they had sweet tea and apparently that was an issue. Asked for ketchup twice because I couldn’t be heard over the AirPods . I wouldn’t even care or complain if my food was good. Asked for Swiss on my sandwich but I just got two small slices of ham on a burnt bun with some room temperature fries.

As a born-and-raised St. Louisan, Lion’s Choice has always been a top-tier option for quick, quality food. Though I no longer live in the area, every trip home includes a mandatory stop—and this visit to the Chesterfield location reminded me why.
The food was as consistently excellent as ever, but what really stood out was the facility and service. The landscaping, cleanliness, and overall upkeep were outstanding. The true highlight, however, was Bailey. She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Her customer service elevated the whole experience.
Bailey is a standout team member, and I hope the company recognizes the value she brings.

First timer. I think they mistook the sandwich for fries – way too much salt but fairly good roast beef. 0 to no salt average fries. Great horsey sauce. Friendly service by the guy with checkerboard tats on the arms. Would maybe come back and try something different

Newly renovated. It’s like all other Lion’s Choice restaurants, but the counter crews here are more like people than robots. Plus the butcher block salad has roast beef, ham and chicken — more meat than a sandwich! It’s quick, clean, the price is right, and the food is tasty. PS the loyalty program is really easy, so if you’re a repeat customer the rewards are worth the minor inconvenience.
