Ordered two bowls to go. The regular one which looked like the pictures they advertise and the poutine one. That doesn’t look anything like the pictures had 4 total cheese curds, too little gravy and looked like someone had eaten part of it before giving it to me. The service was nice and quick and packaged properly. Otherwise this would have been a 1 star review.

The wings are back and the potato wedges. The wings were fatty and the wedges were more like potato crisp. They definitely do not taste like the wings from the 90’s. The customer service was great!

I don’t know what happend to KFC and their food. It was honestly horrible. I wanted to switch it, instead of popeyes have KFC.. Bad idea. The mash potatoes were pale and with no flavor. The honey BBQ chicken was way too salty and bland.. my son did not finish his chicken and that guy eats everything. Lol. But seriously.. they have to step up the food quality..

Was there today and i had the how wings w wedges and the wings were not bad although they were a lil fatty The wedges were barely a lil warm and a lil hard so not good. Also asked for the Nashville hot sauce on the side and just like at Popeyes and Wendy’s, their sauce was garbage! Dont know how they serve this oil w a lil hint of spice and call it a sauce. Was excited to hear they got the wedges back in the menu and but theres nothing exciting about eating stale wedges. Reminder of why i dont go anymore smh

Well we got a $50 dollar meal last night. It was the franchise KFC in Oak lawn, Illinois. Most disgusting chicken I’ve ever seen. I mean they didn’t have the time to cut the chicken from the other part. Wings still attached to the breast and I didn’t know KFC sold quarter pieces. That was beyond Subpar . Very disappointed! I ordered an 8 piece meal and paid $27. When I got home, I found there was only 7 “pieces” in the bucket. Three of them were so small that if you put them together it would barely make 1 decent-sized piece. ♀️ The 1st pic shows the 3 I’m referring to. I’m holding the wing, on the left is the bone from the one and only leg in the bucket, which I’d eaten before I realized the shortage, and I don’t even know what that 3rd piece was supposed to be. I included pics showing my hand/finger for perspective. Now, I don’t have small hands, but I’m also not a giant. In all fairness, I eat at this KFC all the time and they’re usually pretty good, but they totally missed the mark this time. The quality wasn’t bad, but I still didn’t get what I paid for. Plus, I haven’t yet given them an opportunity to make it right, but I really shouldn’t have to… right? ♀️

Customer service from short hispanic woman is very rude. She is on edge and very irate. Not friendly and confrontational! Didn’t meet any expectations!! Go across to the Popeyes because this restaurant needs new management ASAP!!!! If i could rate.zero stars i would!!!

Ordered 8 pc special promo. Didn’t realize they gave all dark meat (legs and thighs) till I arrived home w/ the sealed bag. Also the legs were overcooked. Maybe that’s why they sealed it. Should’ve gotten 2 pics of each… breast, thigh, wing and legs since nowhere does the description say only dark meat as in another/different entree did state that.

We ordered Chicken Strips, Fried Chicken, and large fries. The chicken strips were so good with KFC sauce. The fries weren’t that good, when they got cold. Fried chicken was old and it was so hard to chew. I would recommend you to try their chicken strips with the KFC sauce.
