First off, it’s a women owned sports bar, which I love. The food is absolutely bomb. Legit comfort food done right. But what really sets this place apart is the service. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like a regular, even if it’s your first time there.
It’s one of those places that just keeps you coming back. The vibe is welcoming, the staff actually cares, and you can tell they take pride in what they’re building.
Karaoke night is hands down the best night of the week, outside of any and every Sunday during football season in my opinion.
game. Portions are very generous.
We went for music trivia/karaoke and it was such a fun night. Everything ran smoothly and the atmosphere was great. We brought in a cake and even though we had our own stuff, the staff offered plates and utensils, which was really nice. Our server even talked to the DJ and got a birthday song played while the birthday girl blew out her candles — it made the night extra special.
Later on, the birthday girl realized she lost a stone from her bracelet. When we called the next day, the staff didn’t just do a quick check — they really went above and beyond. They searched multiple areas, kept an eye out throughout the day, and even followed up with us later to let us know they were still looking. That kind of care and effort is so rare and really meant a lot to us.
The food was amazing too — seriously, get the brisket mac and cheese. From start to finish everything was great, and we’ve definitely found our new go-to spot when we’re in Lancaster for our yearly trip.
-: Unappealing outside appearance, typical tavern style inside decoration. Not many cars in the parking lot. Not many people inside either.
—: Soft pretzel should come with beer cheese, but they charged $2, also charged sauces for the wings – $0.50/each, and $1 for celery. Lowered from 5 star to 4 star for this reason.
I’ve worked in a kitchen for many years… very disappointing that I was served refried shrimp at 13$ for 7-8 pieces of breaded shrimp with some sauce… bang bang shrimp?!?!? Only two shrimp were fresh on my plate, you could see the color difference between them. Thanks for trying to get it over on a new customer to save some dollars. Not cool, kitchen guy.
There were barely any patrons at 9pm on a Saturday night….Service was amazing though. Employees were very friendly and basically were the only positive part of the experience minus kitchen guy
Maybe get away from the days when you were one of the only ones around and do some advertising/upgrading because your location is amazing. You owe that to your employees, if not also your customers. Just a suggestion with a little bit of passive aggressive at the expense of the experience.
We even had to whisper so our conversation wasn’t overheard by the kitchen from the bar, no activity.
You guys need quality control before you have to shut down. me, I’ll help for free, just to get a better experience(and I’ll still pay again)
Wife and I had an amazing night going somewhere else, even though this place didn’t ruin the little time we get to spend with each other.
Don’t order food during rush hour instead of after, if you choose to go here… our mistake.
Lots of places in lanc to spend time together… save yourself the mediocre experience, at best.
Thank you
