If I could give less stars I would. First they messed up my first order. I had to make a 42 mile round trip to get it fixed. It took 24 mins to get 3 burgers and 4 tacos. The girl serving the drive through and the girl cashier at the front handled money then food without washing their hands. The store was a complete mess. Cleaning supplies and buckets right next to food being divided up. I would not recommend this jack in the box to anyone.

Convenient location and wonderful food! I love the burgers, mini tacos, and milkshakes here. Unfortunately their milkshake machine was broken, which was kind of sad but sweet tea is a good alternative! Fast service and they do follow proper protection CDC guidelines. I will be coming here again by far for their burgers and milkshakes. I recommend this place to anyone who wants good service and great food!

Every time we go there, it seems the store is understaffed, leading to rushed order which in turn they are wrong or missing items 90% of the time. The fries tasted like the fryers weren’t changed out in a long while or that they were double fried to become warm or crispy again. I understand it’s difficult to keep everything in order when you’re understaffed, but at times like those, there should be a manager in place to help or a warning to the customers. Things happen, but it seems to vlbe more often than not

Worse experience I’ve ever had at this restaurant! I’ve ordered the quad bonus burger last night, Feb. 23rd. Upon arriving at the window, the woman working it at that time, possibly new, totalled our order out to be $16.61 when it was 12.61. When we received our food, we noticed our fries was cold with NO SALT on them. Then I noticed my burger had the special sauce when I specifically said what I wanted on it. So, we went back to have the burger remade. Again, I said I wanted cheese, tomatoes, ketchup and mayo, pickles, and lettuce. This time, the burger was soo greasy it could be rat poison!! And it had no tomatoes!! If night crew doesn’t get their stuff together, this restaurant might as well close at 9. Best believe, I’m not going back! What a shame..

Always very busy. Good food, hot made at order, but can be quite pricey. Lots of times, the drive thru is very busy and the line can be lengthy, but it moves fast. Pretty good service and has good selection of food to choose from on the menu. Clean

Phoned way before closing and nobody bothered to pick up. Everytime you order a jumbo jack they charge you extra for cheese without asking if you want it. Last order of ten tacos was pathetic and it took forever to get them. Fries are almost always hard and cold. This place has gone downhill fast! Easier and quicker to just go through McDonalds across the street.

Best customer service experience I’ve had in FOREVER! The food is just a solid 3 stars, but the service made it a 5 star experience….at a drive thru no less. Do you know how much effort someone has to put out to make it that outstanding??

Worst drive thru experience ever, will never patron that location again. Went though drive thru and got stuck behind a customer for about 15 minutes. Started honking my horn and asked what was taking so long. Got yelled at to go somewhere else and then I responded I would if I wasn’t blocked in. Then I got told to go backwards and I couldn’t . Then to top it off, the employee that was with the customer blocking me in , purposely gave them their food in slow motion just to agitate further.

Reply: I’ve already contacted you internally and received an email from somebody named Saturday Omokhomion. I’ve attempted to respond back several times but they refused to respond to my emails . So I’ve gone ahead and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau .
Didn’t give the right food. Refuse to answer the phone so I couldn’t even get a hold of anybody. We live 30 minutes away in Blooming Grove so it’s a long distance to have to go back up there. We ordered online they said they had our order ready I got home and opened it it was completely wrong
