Every single time I order from the establishment they are out of fries. A good 3/20 times I’ve gone they’ve had fries. You think the person who decides how much is purchased would realize this, as it’s clearly frequently considering I’m not there often.

Ordered online and they said 45 min. We arrive at our time and sat in the drive through for an additional 20 minutes. We didn’t have a big order. So mad at this place! We loved coming here, but we dined in and our younger siblings that are BABIES do not like KFC so we brought them in other food and we bought KFC for OURSELVES! We then sat to eat and were told we are not allowed to bring in other food because it was not KFC’s, even though we had boughten some! I will never eat here again and I will be sharing this news to others not to go here!!!! Do better KFC! Mad because of, again LITERAL BABIES wanted something else to eat with their mommy and older siblings! ( I could see if we didn’t buy anything from here but we spent $40 worth of food here and this is how we were welcomed!)

This is the worst KFC I have ever visited and is the worst run fast food place in all of Johnstown. I am shocked that they continue to let this franchise operate given the number of complaints. The attitudes of the folks in charge are abysmal and they truly do not care. I have given them more than a few chances to get anything right and they continue to disappoint. They are dishonest, dirty, and incompetent human beings. Do not go here!

The lady at the counter was nasty and the conversation in the cooking area was disgusting. It’s like every time I try to give KFC a try it’s always a biased situation. Because it is a chicken spot everyone should be treated equal not just a specific kind. I give up with humanity and this part of PA’s negative view on any other person/people other than what they are used to. Ughhhhhhhhhhhhh when will it end?

I have learned my lesson! I would never buy from KFC on Scalp avenue in Johnstown again! Not only did I not get my order but was told the store could not cancel it. Tried to cancel on air and of course was on hold for 20 minutes and could never cancel the order. When we went to pick up the order was told they could not have the order ready for at least 20 minutes or longer even though we placed the order well ahead of the time. Ripped off and would never deal with this KFC again. Manager could care less.
