I recently stopped by the Chipotle Mexican Grill in Hermitage, Pennsylvania, and had a fantastic experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the food was fresh and delicious.
I ordered the burrito bowl with chicken, white rice, black beans, pico and queso blanco, and it was cooked to perfection. The portion was generous, and the flavors were well-balanced.¹
What impressed me most was the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant. The dining area was spotless, and the staff were diligent about refilling drinks and clearing tables.
Overall, I highly recommend the Chipotle Mexican Grill in Hermitage, Pennsylvania, for a quick, delicious, and satisfying meal.
Will I return? Absolutely! I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

I placed an online order for pickup and arrived around 20 minutes later at the stated pickup time. Once I was there, I waited another 40 minutes before my order was finally ready. This location has always been late with online orders, but I’ve never experienced it to this extent int the past.
The staff were kind and apologetic, but given the situation, it seems clear that management does not care that they’re understaffed and not properly balancing walk-in and online orders.
I was offered free chips with my next order, but alas, I have no interest in getting Chipotle ever again, given that they value 40 minutes of my time at $4.65.
As a side-note, their app appears to collect location data, including the time that you arrive and when your order is completed. There is no excuse that they don’t know that this is a problem–you don’t collect that data to not use it. They seem to have deliberately chosen to ignore the issue.

I visited this store today, and had a very bad experience! I had my service dog straped to my body, and I went to take a seat while my aunt and two teenagers ordered. The Manager, Mrs. Aaliyah Chilton, apparently asked my children if the dog was a service dog and what service he provided. They answered her yes and stated his service. She then followed them to our table and asked me if my dog was a service dog and his service, which I stated yes and told her his service again. She then stated that Chipoltle’s corporate policy is to not allow service dogs and informed me I would have to leave. I told her that i didnt think she was correct twice and she reaffirmed that, that was corporates policy. I stood up to leave with my dog but told her that I was offended, that I spent alot of money at chipolte and that I was calling corporate. She stated that she never saw me there before and repeated corporates policy against service dogs. My aunt said “okay, we understand, bye.” In an irritated tone and she kicked us all out saying she didn’t like my aunts tone. I am beyond upset! I called corporate from the parking lot. I was told that they do allow service dogs and apologized for my experience. I escalated a formal complaint and am waiting to hear back. Chipolte needs to better train their employees. Absolutely unacceptable!

Went here while traveling for the holiday. Where I live, the Chipotles are awful. So awful, in fact, thay when we travel, we play “Guess the Rating”, where most of my guesses come in under three stars.
As this Chipotle was a 4 star at the time of visit, my interest was piqued. I haven’t had good Chipotle for a few years since the ownership change and have been pinballing between chasing the dragon and boycotting the chain altogether.
Luckily, today was a chase the dragon day. Let me tell you, this location exceeded my expectations. The chips, crispy and perfectly seasoned. The chicken, divine. The portions, testing the max integrity of the burrito itself. Even the employees seemed to enjoy the location, singing christmas carols while having to work on December 24th.
Overall, at the end of 2025, I would strongly recommend this location. While looking new, it stands as an homage to Chipotle of old, a last bastion of americanized burrito goodness.

I came in on June 5th and ordered a 2x steak bowl. The lady with the glasses gave me 1 scoop, then charged me for double steak. $5.25 extra for no extra steak. I asked her to add the second scoop if she was going to charge me and she said “I don’t know i just work here.” AVOID!!!

The food is decent, but nothing makes me more frustrated when I ask for double chicken and you give me two half scoops. I had to order triple chicken and get charged almost $23 for a bowl that I can usually get for $17. I’m a contractor who works in this area all the time and I will not be coming back here.

Tried to order online for pickup. Not sure what happened but they canceled our order and didn’t tell us why. I was trying to get through their phone system to get my food and it’s a nightmare. Might be one of the worse experiences just trying to get some food. At the end of it we never got our food and went somewhere else. Hopefully they refund our money back…
