So very grateful for such honest staff at this location of Eglin Parkway and Walter Martin in Fort Walton Beach, FL. My mother forgot her purse and the staff kept the purse in the back until we could retrieve it. Everything was in the purse. We are so thankful for them.

My husband and I ordered a Flat White and a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino. Both were properly prepared and delicious. The coffee shop was clean, and the baristas were friendly. The parking lot was difficult to access, because the drive-through line was wrapping out from the drive-through, down a street in a shopping center and down a public street like a snake. Drivers were blocking the driveway, thoughtlessly. My husband and I parked nearby and walked inside the restaurant, rather than brave the long, twisty drive-through line. We were served instantly.

I came in earlier at around 8:30pm, and this girl messed up my frappucino. I came back to ask if it’s supposed to be as watery as she made it and i asked if she could make it again. She threw it away and made it obvious that she’s pissed. I get my drink and it’s still so watery. That’s her job. She gets paid to do that. I just hope no one else experience this. So disappointed.

Won’t be coming back to this location. This is how much special coffee I got after the whipped cream melted. Couldn’t even full up the cup that was paid almost $7 for one. Not worth the money.

Convenient location with fast service. They had a steady stream of people while I was here but were getting orders out quickly. The barista was very friendly. We will definitely be back as this may be my new favorite location.

This Starbucks never disappoints! BUSY drive thru, so I do a mobile order and walk inside to p/u order! Small inside during rush hour, so I do outside seating.

9 out of 10 times gets the order wrong every time I’m there the afternoon stuff unbelievably entitled terrible attitude especially the younger staff and the lady with the dreadlocks everyone that I know switches to go to the one by the mall instead

Rude drive thru worker scolded me for ordering ahead on the app because they “need 5-10 minutes before I can come pick up the order” and that they aren’t “Chick-Fil-a or McDonald’s here you can make a mobile order in the parking lot”. I ordered my drink when I left my house 10 minutes away and this is how I was treated. I was also the only person there in the drive thru and the store was empty. What difference did it make that I ordered ahead? I just as easily could have ordered the drinks there in person at the drive thru and they would have had less time to make my order.
