When I arrived to place my order, I noticed the new Pistachio drink and decided to try it. However, I was informed that it was not available. I then asked for the Pistachio Iced Capp and he stated “our machine is broken” so I opted for the Caramel Macchiato. The preparation time for this drink was unusually long, taking 12-15 minutes despite no other customers being ahead of me. The coffee tasted like burnt coffee that had been sitting in the dispenser overnight. A promotional sign on the window encouraged customers to scan their receipts and leave a review in exchange for 10 timbits at a discounted price of $1. Unfortunately, I found that my receipt did not have a scannable code. As a result, I discarded the full coffee and went to Caribou Coffee down the street.

The worst location to visit. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. If you hate your job so much, then stop working… don’t make everyone else’s day worse because of it.
I asked for a BLT sandwich with NO bacon and NO sausage because I don’t eat them. I said it twice for two sandwiches. She still put bacon in my sandwich. Total waste of money and gas driving to this Tim Hortons.
I hated my experience. Every time I asked for something that other Tim Hortons carry, she kept saying “we don’t have it,” like she just didn’t want to work.

Yall want our money but always out of half the stuff someone orders past few weeks I came there was no matcha, then I get a sandwich yall don’t have bacon or the bread for it but expect someone to pay pull price how does that work?? I am a fan of Tim Hortons coffee, but my experience at this particular location was disappointing. The customer service was subpar, and the donuts did not meet the standards set by other Tim Hortons in the area. The manager on duty handed me my breakfast sandwich in a brusque manner and walked away. I also received a french vanilla cappuccino that was watered down and lacked the characteristic flavor. To anyone reading this review, I would advise against visiting the Tim Hortons located in Lincoln Park on Southfield Road, adjacent to the gas station. The customer service is inadequate, the food is mediocre, and the drive-thru experiences lengthy delays. I had been a regular customer, visiting every Sunday for approximately six months, but I will not be returning due to the poor service. The customer service I received was among the worst I have ever experienced at a drive-through establishment.

Had an issue new yeas eve w the young girl not giving me back my card! I go back later after work to it “not there” when it’s the last place I used it at lol! Canceled the card immediately. No manager got involved which says everything. Today they charge my dad for an item they didn’t put in the bag! Another time they couldn’t be BASIC math and over charged him during the Halloween bucket time. I don’t understand why people get paid to “lose” cards, not put paid items in bags, OR be able to handle cash payments accurately. I’m fed up since it’s been months of irresponsible workers!

Wanted the chicken Panini I got told they didn’t make any. So I had to pick another sandwich. The high and mighty people need to go and make this place a lot better to go to. We will not be going here no more. It seems like they don’t like their jobs. And they show it.

First time using tim Hortons used gift cards i place the order online I get here and they can’t do breakfast their out of almost everything on the menu every suggestion I give they tell me they don’t have enough or have the product highly disappointed and couldn’t get a refund to cancel the order because I went thru the app unreal!

Order any food item even a donut you’ll be pulled around out of the drivethru line to sit with the usual 3-5 other cars waiting for 5-20minutes for a simple donut or anything else. 9/10 times they bring you the wrong food …..Too many people working here to not be more punctual
