This is my favorite Starbucks en route to/ from work. They are quick and handle the morning rushes very well. I’ve rarely had to wait for an order beyond the time noted in the app. Those staff members who have worked there a while recognize regulars (like me) and it’s a nice touch. All the staff has always been friendly and helpful. I think dining in would be distracting as it is a pretty busy location, but that’s subjective.

Probably one of the nicest and cleaner Starbucks I’ve been in in along time. I especially loved the murals and artwork. The chairs and dinning room layout was homely and nice. This is the kinda coffee shop you want to go sit and hang with friends. Reminds me of the good Starbucks I’ve seen abroad in Japan and Spain. Alot better than the mundane and sleepy college coffee shops I’ve seen back in North Carolina. I just wish they would grind my beans the right grind size.

I went on Sunday 9th night before 1030 pm and I order some items and I noticed they forgot something so I called 10 times and no one answered me and when they picked up the phone they hung up on me. And when they picked up they told me I had the wrong number too. They didn’t even try to help me or anything. I never experienced this in my life. Very bad customer service and very disappointing of the staff you have working in that store.

Unfortunately I did not have a pleasant experience in this store today, the person who said she was the store manager (Sydney) had such bad energy that it made me feel bad all day, she didn’t smile, she wasn’t as kind as I’m always treated in all other stores, she was very rude and that doesn’t match the store, Maybe she wasn’t well, had a bad day or was very busy, I hope she gets better but I don’t intend to go back there anymore.

The staff here is great. Stasia is a very helpful and friendly barista. She was kind and very patient when I came in with my kids. Another barista found my daughter’s phone and held it for us until we returned, which was very sweet of her to do.

Three strikes they are out.. I alway taste my drink before i leave to make sure it’s made right. I will never return to this location in gretna. The first time I went inside and order a hot white chocolate moca.. When they gave it to me it was something totally different. They made another one and gave it back to me. The second time I go through the drive through in the morning and order a hot white chocolate moca. The young man gave me the drink I tasted it and I told him it was off. I asked him what was it because it wasn’t what i ordered. So he took it back and added whipped cream to the top and gave it back.. I then tasted it and said something is not right it taste like water etc. I then looked at the label it was someone’s else drink.. so he took it back and and made another one. I took a sip and it was still made wrong. So I expressed that to him and he hunched his shoulders. I just kept the drink because I didn’t wanna keep goin back and forth. This is a drink I get on a regular but not specifically from this location. So my third and final time was today. I ordered a Iced white moca, sweet cream foam and extra carmel drizzle. Once I got it, it had no extra caramel coated inside the cup. I didn’t even send it back because it was the same young guy. I have learned my lesson to not go again.. the drinks are not cheap for them to not make it properly. I am not a happy customer.
