We haven’t been to Boston Market in so long we decided to find one close and we were shocked when we pulled in. This looks so rundown, overgrown and abandoned. We contemplated going in but weren’t sure if they were even open bc not one car was in the parking lot. We were also afraid if the outside looked like this imagine what the inside looks like, let alone the food quality. We quickly looked up the reviews and that determined we ate next door at Taco Bell. So sad to see Boston Market decline like that.

On the evening of 12/15/2021 my family and I visited in this location on our way home from shopping. As we made our way inside, we observed nobody attending the register area. We waited approximately 3 minutes before a female came out from the back area, in which we observed her on her cell phone. She never even greeted us. We ordered our food and asked to stay, but when the food was brought out to our table, it was all wrapped into to go containers and placed in a to go bag. Also, after waiting quite some time, the female worker told my wife there was no more Cobb salad & gave her a Ghetto substitute Cesar salad that looked like dog food. To top it Off, all our hot food was cold and our chicken was dry. They failed to give us our kids drink. This place honestly deserves zero stars. I would never have any of these individuals running my business. I would fire all the staff working night shift immediately & get a Managment team to properly run this place. You’ve been warned! Stay away!

I ordered and paid for 2 bottles water and got 2 cups of nasty tap water. I also ordered the spicy nuggets and got shredded chicken and not nuggets…..I also ordered the brown ie for dessert and was given a cookie instead……not pleased this time….

Honestly the more i try it the more disappointed i get. First the Nashville hot sandwich was bland. Figured it was some kinks that needed to be addressed due to the grand opening. Waited a bit to give it another shot. I went back today for Chicken noodle soup on whim. Shouldn’t have gone. That soup was either rancid or water got in from the warmers.

This place is on a lifeline. Just close it and move on. Half the menu is blacked out with tape. There is no air conditioning operational. No bottle soda or water. There are only two employee working so the wait times are horrific. Was in there and saw the “steamed broccoli” is actually microwaved. Their mashed potatoes come from an Idahoan instant boxed potatoes. Go to Costco for a whole rotisserie chicken for $4.99. Giant has them a little higher. As a Door Dasher, stay away…you will wait a long time. Just close this disaster.

Was in 9/10 before noon, this place open 11. I was told they only have dark meat . I didn’t think much until I came home and what do you know, it appear I was given what look to be old chicken from last night. Tiny dry up quarter dark that seem to be sitting around for some time. This was before noon and they been open less than 1hr. Pay $12 I would expect fresh chicken. No cornbread. Very disappointed

My review is Boston Market needs to step up their game on roasted chicken. I haven’t gotten food from a Boston Market for years(because we don’t “eat out “ or get take out). I ALWAYS have a roasted chicken in my fridge 99% of the time from Costco.
I needed a roasted chicken and decided to stop at Boston Market….
Disappointed….
The chicken was half the size and twice the price and did not have any flavor. I used it to make chicken salad and added some spices.
Sorry but I won’t be wasting my time or money on one of your roasted chickens.

Went to drive thru this afternoon around 2pm. When I pulled up a man instantly greeted me,said someone would take my order shortly. I waited at least 10 min. Nobody ever acknowledged me again. I left and went thru taco bell drive thru next door. No wonder there were no customers at your store.
