My brother has been telling me about the delicious food at Moody’s Time Saver; so we ordered the food over the phone.
I ordered the seafood platter and he got the shrimp po-boy.
Cons:
The seasoned French fries were not as good as the plain fries.

This is a to go kitchen/conveience This place as just a small corner gas station convenience store with a great kitchen. I ordered their seafood combo. Poor boy sandwich 12 in and it was stuffed full and weighed well over a pound. I probably shouldn’t have but I ate the whole thing!

Definitely worth the trip! The shrimp were well seasoned, and the poboy was overflowing with shrimp. The fries were seasoned, hot, and crispy. And the Big Shot hit the spot. Will double back!

The price list shown is not correct for the whole loaf shrimp poboy. It says $17.99, but it’s been bumped up to $25.99. Honestly, you’re getting one hell of a deal! We also ordered the whole loaf hot sausage and a large fry. I don’t have the prices of those bc I’m not the one who picked it up. Well worth it!! We will be back for sure!!

Our First Time Today Eating here for lunch, We ordered A Shrimp Po Boy, Cheeseburger Po Boy & Tried The Fried Chicken, The Food was delicious the Fried Chicken had a nice crunch to it, It was not Spicy I was glad I was able to eat it and actually enjoy the chicken without all that Pepper, And let me not forget about that delicious buttery biscuit omg it was so soft & honey buttered delish,
The only small negative is I wish I had a few more shrimp on my sandwich it’s ok I enjoyed it though and brought the second 1/2 back Home, We definitely will be back and definitely recommend your place of business, Ps, Customer Service was Top Notch Very polite Thank you

The one star is only because of the ham poboy I purchased. I have gotten the shrimp poboy previously and it is very good. The menu board says, VIP Ham. Not true. It is misleading. Growing up in NOLA, and living in several parishes, it is known, at least that is what I thought, that VIP Ham is Chiesi’s Ham. It even says so on the package. So imagine my disappoint when what I purchased was not. Not even close. Not to mention there was only six slices of ham on 12″ poboy. Lesson learned. I will not be getting the VIP Ham poboy from Moody’s anymore. It is not VIP. Please, either start serving what you advertise or change the menu. The most recent picture I could find of the menu was from a year ago. I paid $8.99.

Don’t go here. This place does not like people with disabilities. They actually tell people with disabilities to get out of their store. They have never heard of the Americans with disabilities act. They do not like anyone that is disabled. Additionally, some people have actually gotten food poisoning my eating at this place because they leave food out too long. They’re cooking conditioners are ridiculous and dangerous to people health.

Made an error and didn’t add the shrimp poboy, had to go all the way across town to go get it, but that time the oyster poor boy was cold. Wouldn’t even remake it or freshen it up, got home & It was cold & disgusting. Hard 10” bread.when we paid for a 12” oyster dressed for $17. Out of all the places in Slidell we chose your place to come and get lunches and you couldn’t even accommodate us for wasting more than a hour of our time. The owner stated that it cost him $15 to make an oyster poor boy sandwich. He did not care that the customer paid $17 and received less than what we paid for. Cold , hard sandwich it went in the trash.
We will not be coming back if that’s how you treat your long term customers. CUSTOMER SERVICE around this country has been ridiculous! No one cares anymore. Good luck with business
