My first time at Wendy’s in Middlesboro and my experience was wonderful! The host Walter is a joy of a man and greeted me and everyone afterwards with lots of love. I’ve never been greeted like that in any fast food experience. The manager Jeff was also an awesome guy, great customer service from him and his staff. Breakfast was French toast sticks and potato wedges which hit the right notes. If you go there, ask for Walter. It’ll make your day know who

Employees clearly don’t want to be here, the food is disgusting and cold, at least it was made right. But my biggest issue is ordering extra. Well done fries and getting literally undercooked on safe to eat fries, this place is just horrible. They don’t care what food they hand out to people.

Love there food staff always friendly. Sometimes drive thru can be back up for long periods but food always warm and fries are always fresh. So overall I have to say congratulations wendys for a good review. Keep up your excellent service i would highly recommend wendys.

Sat in the drive through for 15 minutes. Just myself and 1 other vehicle. 14 dollars for a Baconator combo. The girl working the window never even spoke when I received my order. The fries were cold and I opened my Baconator to find that its dry……Just a bun and 3 patties. Really?? How’s do you mess up I want a #2 and a sweet tea??? Don’t waste your time and money here!

Food tasted good, served hot. Food was provided efficiently and ahead of anticipated wait time. Bathroom and dinning area were clean and ordered.
What set this Wendy’s apart from the others was the kindness and help Walter provided my wife in helping get our kids settled with their food and drinks. I was our walking the dogs during our pit stop and Walter saw she could use a helping hand and he stepped up right on time.

A BLT sandwich has three pieces of bacon one full slice of bacon cut into is still one piece six pieces of bacon is 3 full pieces of bacon. The manager Jeff out there doesn’t even have a clue to what he is doing and needs to go back to school and learn how to count. I’m absolutely not a happy customer. Please get a manager that knows what they are doing because this man stayed in the office the whole time and never came out once……a really piece of work.

Got my order wrong refused to make it right. Not willing to fix it. Just stated this is fine. Closed window on me. And was rude when I asked a question about something. Worst experience I have had with Wendys ever. This was around 11pm.
