Please take this store off doordash. This is the 2nd time in a few months where you forgot chicken on my southwest salad. There has been times in the past, no dressing, wrong toppings on spuds, and forgetting chips on a nacho basket. Each time doordash tries to make it right but only getting $3 or $4 back for your mistake is getting very old. This will be the last time i order from this place. I love McAlisters but when the employees dont care about their job with consistent mistakes, its hard to support the place. It took multiple and multiple mess ups for me to write this. So here it is. Signature items like a big loaded potato and pie, the hot side choices like soup or chili are complementary for the sandwiches. At this location it’s spacious enough to catch up on things like e-mails and phonecalls. Sort of like a StL Bread Company, unfortunately both locations left the U-City Loop some years back.

The kids menu is nice in that it offers different choices like French bread pizza, chicken broccoli bowl, and baked potatoes. These kids meals are very well priced as well!
The soups are good and the variety is nice.
In this area, there aren’t too many places to eat, so this is nice to have.

Ordered through the website. We were charged a fee for that privilege. . They had a 15% tip filled in, I don’t tip on carry out orders! Our potatoes seemed to be leftovers from lunch. Old and crusty. Sandwich was good. I’ve been to other Mc Allisters that were much better.

My business orders from them every week or two. For the most part the quality is good, but they will purposely leave off the avocado from menu items that feature avocado as a main ingredient (assuming to save money?). It’s inconvenient to go back each time and ask them to give you the avocado slices (that you already paid for…). It’s now a running joke here at how awful they are at ‘forgetting’ this ingredient.

I would like to say this is a very enjoyable sandwich deli to eat at. Excellent attention to detail on each the sandwiches I’ve ordered up to this point. The restaurant is very clean and parking was no problem outside.
This is a wheelchair accesible building, good for family and kid friendly.
I usually order online and I’ve enjoyed the reward program and the getting coupons online. This location on Laclede Station Rd and out in St. Charles County are very good locations to visit.
I haven’t been to other locations yet, but the employees here at the St.Charles and Maplewood Delis have been very positive, and they are knowledgeable, with good customer service.

Been ordering food through grub hub. Today, I got a salad that was not mine, the chef salad. Instead it was a caesar salad with just iceberg lettice and croutons. This order cost me 25 bucks. The rep mentioned I can come get something else. I know yall may have understaffed but pay attention to my food. Yall acting like subway or McDonald’s and it’s sad. I will give yall a break!
