I rarely leave a review. Normally, this location is not my favorite to go to because of issues in the past. But the young lady and the young man working the drive-through today were fantastic. I unfortunately did not get their names However, I stopped by at about 1230 today. They were kind, quick and professional. This Burger King is well-managed and the food was hot and fresh. The store and tables were clean. The manager was a bit loud calling out the orders, making dining in a noisy experience. That said, she was on point with the orders and VERY courteous to the customers. Overall a good experience.

I made a DoorDash order and called the store immediately to make sure there was no cheese or egg on my bacon sausage egg n cheese sandwich, the manager Honeysue was the absolute sweetest!! She was very polite, and outgoing. Along with the backline Gabby. They made everything correctly and it was still hot and fresh by the time I got it !! These girls are absolutely wonderful and deserve a raise and most definitely employees of the month !

I haven’t eaten there in years and only did because other people with me wanted to. It was disgusting and I will never go there again. The lettuce they put on the burgers was all rotted. The french fries had a very odd taste. I did not feel comfortable eating them. I got a Whopper Jr it was the size of a sausage patty

It won’t get more recent than we just left and I got the asst managers name (Jusitin G.). We pre-ordered an Order and were worried about being too early or too late, so we set a time with a special order. We arrived to pick up “our” order, and it was already given to someone else with the same first name as the order we had placed. What do we have to do – Prove we were the ones that placed the original order, by showing an ID. What else do we get to do – wait while they remake the order that ended up being two plain whoppers, as opposed to what we actually ordered, waiting another 20 minutes for proof of ID. But hey we got some sort of leftover curds (or something) as a conciliation prize. This is not the first issue that we have had with this BK. I will be sending a complaint to corporate about this location. Bad service is not a customer’s fault.

I can’t say enough great things about this Burger King! My family is particularly fond of this location since we live close by and have been eating here for years. My elderly father eats breakfast there almost every day and the staff makes his double egg croissants to order. They never hesitate to “make it his way” which is great because it changes frequently!

Honey Sue was great. There was an old lady there today complaining about how understaffed this location was today, Honey Sue tolerated her and handled it well. One of the reasons why I’m happy in customer service anymore.

I went to Burger King this Sunday at 9 pm and I was really surprised how well they served me, especially considering that it was already late. Since I entered, the atmosphere was quiet, clean and well organized, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
The staff was very friendly and attentive. They greeted me with a smile and took my order patiently, without rushing me despite the time. The food came out quickly, hot and well prepared, just as I ordered. I noticed that they were even cleaning while attending, which demonstrates professionalism and commitment to keeping the place in order until closing.

Just ate breakfast here and it must have been 40 degrees. Inside. I felt like I was eating in a freezer. I really couldn’t enjoy my breakfast had to eat fast and leave and I like the cold but not like this.
