This McDonalds is always good for a quick stop before heading up Mountain Parkway. The food is always fresh and well prepared.
The only major issue with service and it isn’t their fault is the mess caused by the access to and from. This location used to have an easy on easy off until the expansion of the Mountain Parkway made it the complicated and confusing drive thru experience you will find. For locals or regulars this is not that big of deal but if you are coming in from out of town take it easy as there are multiple directions of traffic.

I’ve been buying breakfast here for weeks. So far I’ve never had a bad experience or long wait time during breakfast hours. So far the food has been good to. No messy sandwiches or cold hashbrowns. And the workers are always nice to me.

The staff member handed me my ice cream cone with their bare hands and dirty fingernails touching the entire top of the cone. This is unsanitary and not in line with proper food handling practices.

Ordered thru app. Still took forever to get food. Apparently McDonald’s doesn’t give napkins. Had to ask for them. Ridiculous.

Great place for a quick breakfast break! It’s always clean and friendly. The value meals are back! I had my favorite, sausage McMuffin with egg and biscuits and gravy.

Wish I hadn’t of went there. How do you mess up fries? My father ordered chicken strips said they were terrible he didn’t even eat them. Hard to say this, but wow last time I went here was good, we had a great breakfast. This time however I’m not sure I will want to eat here again

This location really needs a ZERO. They need to improve pretty much everything! They are the most incompetent McDonalds I have ever been to. They screw up every order we make then give nothing but attittude and excuses instead of taking responsibility, apologizing, and making things right. Today’s excuse was that they were allegedly told they would “get in trouble” If they asked customers what size drink they wanted. I do NOT believe that whatsoever. Every other locations including this one when we have been there prior asks you what size drink you want If you do not specify even though we DID specify! I ordered myself a large iced coffee separate that was literally all I wanted for myself and issues like this is EXACTLY why. I refuse to order myself food from this location bc they have NEVER gotten it right.I then ordered my daughter a $5 mcchicken meal deal and specified WITH A LARGE SPRITE! Why would they charge me an upcharge and include my coffee with her meal then ring up a small sprite using the excuse that a small drink automatically comes with the meal. First off both drinks were supossed to be LARGE. Secondly, WHY was a small drink rang up separate but my coffee put with the meal?! Makes absolutely no sense in the world and they wanted to give attitude and excuses. The lady contradicted herself multiple times and made various excuses. Finally at the end she gave us back the coffee upcharge and charged us a different lesser upcharge fee for a bigger sprite. Then after all the extra trouble and back & forth the large sprite they gave her wasn’t even actually sprite it was either water mixed with sprite or they needed to refill their fountain bc It was DISGUSTING! In reality not only should they have fixed the upcharge but they also should’ve refunded us for the sprite and rang up a large coffee instead which costs more. A large coffee Is $2.18, a small drink Is $1.29. I have given more than 3 strikes with this location and Iam done. I won’t be back. But corporate definitely needs to make an appearance and try to make sure everyone is on board and has the correct understanding of the actual policy so they do not continue to lose business and money with extra confusion and mistakes like this. They very deeply need to improve their customer service! Coming up with your arms crossed huffing and puffing rolling your eyes and running your mouth Is NOT the way to satisfy a customer or make them want to return to your location!

The store was clean and the people friendly! But, the food!? I ordered 2 Chicken Biscuits with cheese. I was quite surprised at the size of the chicken breasts! They were twice the size of the biscuit to my happiness!! But then I tried to eat them! The flavor was good, but more than half of each breast was to rubbery to eat! Now I know why they use such large pieces of chicken! 2 out of 10, don’t recommend!!

Wanted a milkshake but their machine was down like it seems to be most of the time. Come on ppl it’s summer time and ppl r gonna want ice cream. They should post that on menu when it’s down cause I’d I had already ordered my food I would have pulled off and went across st for ice
