We visit this restaurant at least once a week—sometimes twice—and every experience has been outstanding. The manager or owner (I’m not certain which) is consistently warm, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable. His attention to guests truly sets the tone for the entire establishment.

Our waitress, Emily, is without question one of the best servers in the Triad. She remembers our drinks and often even our regular orders—and we’re typically a group of ten. That level of attentiveness is rare. We never wait long for our food when she’s taking care of us, and she consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect.

The food itself is excellent. The sashimi is always fresh, and the sushi rolls are consistently well-prepared and flavorful. In many ways, it rivals Mizumi—with one major difference: the level of hospitality and customer care here is far superior.

If I could offer one small suggestion to management, it would be to consider adding barbecue squid, pepper tuna, and perhaps a Crazy Beef Roll to the menu. Since you already offer squid, those additions would elevate the menu even further and make this place nearly perfect.

That said, this has become our favorite sushi restaurant in the Triad. After a few disappointing experiences elsewhere, we’ve found our new home here for the foreseeable future. Do yourself a favor and give them a try—the food and service are truly exceptional.

I take my family to Sushi Kingdom often. I have 4 daughters that will throw down on some sushi!! It’s the only place where we can get premium quality sushi at a fair price. It is consistently delicious and the staff is EXCEPTIONAL. The place is well-managed and efficient. Please do not be swayed negatively by the low star review b/c anyone who complains about an extended wait time on a busy holiday must have never worked in the food industry!! This place is excellent, please give them a try ❤️

I stopped here for a sushi buffet during a solo mom unwind trip, and I’m really glad I picked this place. The atmosphere was phenomenal—lively, energetic, and just fun to be in. It was busy for a Friday night around 6 PM, but the food came out quickly and never felt rushed.

I did the buffet option, which was about $28 (drink not included), and it was 100% worth it. The ordering process is super easy: they give you a sheet where you check off what you want, and you can ask for another one once you’re done. The options are extensive—nigiri, sashimi, sushi rolls, hand rolls, plus a solid variety of appetizers like soup and salad. They also have a couple of dessert options available, though I didn’t personally try them. Since I went at dinner, there’s a two-hour time limit, which honestly felt more than fair.

One thing to note with the buffet: if you leave sushi uneaten on your plate, there is a charge for leftovers—but if that happens, you’re allowed to take the food home, which I really appreciated. It felt fair and helped cut down on waste.

My server was fantastic—attentive, friendly, and consistently checked in to make sure I was taken care of. I also had the chance to talk with the owner, who mentioned he’s been learning social media over the past few months. Based on what I saw online, he’s absolutely killing it.

I mostly focused on the sushi, and wow—some of the best I’ve had. Unlike a lot of sushi spots that overload everything with rice, the protein here really shines. The fish tasted incredibly fresh, and you can tell quality is a priority.

My ONLY tweak is that when they list the types of rolls they have, they have classic and hand rolled as an option. I’m a country girl so I didn’t know the difference but I asked my server and it’s basically a sushi roll that’s been rolled up to look like a little ice cream cone. I’ve seen them on the internet but never tried one myself (it was wonderful!). So my personal preference, maybe have something that lists the difference or maybe shows a picture of a the difference to small town girls who don’t know the difference? But other than that, everything was great!

Between the amazing atmosphere, excellent service, and standout sushi, this place made my night. I’ll definitely be back.

Our family’s absolute favorite place to eat!

Sushi Kingdom has truly become our go-to spot for consistently amazing food, welcoming service, and a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. Every visit feels like a treat.

The sushi is always fresh, beautifully made, and packed with flavor — from classic rolls to creative specialties, everything is spot-on every single time. Even our non-sushi eaters find plenty to love, which says a lot!

What makes this place extra special for us is the people behind it. We absolutely adore the owners, Bunty and Annie. They are genuinely kind, welcoming, and pour their hearts into this restaurant. You can feel the care and pride they put into everything — from the food to the experience — and it’s a big reason we keep coming back.

The staff reflects that same warmth and hospitality. You never feel rushed, and they always go out of their way to make sure everyone at the table is happy — adults and kids alike.

If you’re looking for exceptional sushi, outstanding service, and a place that truly feels like home, Sushi Kingdom is it. It’s more than a restaurant to our family — it’s a favorite tradition. Highly recommend! ❤️

I stopped in for lunch and had the house salad, miso soup and a happy ending roll. All were delicious. The salad did have a bit too much dressing but it mixed in well and was cold and crispy. The roll was awesome and very reasonably priced. I’ll be back.

Ate here for the first time a couple weeks ago and thought about it nonstop until I could get back tonight! Both times were a great experience, amazing food, and extremely friendly staff! I could’ve eaten 10 bowls of the miso soup and was so excited that the veggie rolls included pickled radish, I rarely see this anywhere but love when its included! Both times the manager(maybe owner also?) came to our table to check in and make sure everything was going well which I really appreciate. He was very kind and gave me a loyalty card tonight but even stamped it for my last visit to count as well which was so nice! The AYCE price is incredibly fair and worth it. Can’t wait to fill up my loyalty card!

We very much enjoyed everything about our Sushi Kingdom visit! We went of a very busy valentine weekend (Friday for dinner). The place was packed but we only waited about 25 mins. It was definitely worth the wait because this is some of the best, fresh sushi we’ve had! We love sushi so we aren’t amateurs. The appetizers were also great. Everything that was fried was cooked in clean oil- I hate when everything tastes the same. Not the case here. Our waiter was so polite and in a good spirits. The owner came over to check on us and stayed and talked a while. Definitely going back. The all you can eat dinner priced at $28.99 is a great deal!
