This Waffle House was great. The service was fantastic. The food was great and cooked exactly as we ordered. Our waitress was really good and attentive. Just an overall great location. I highly recommend.

Samantha, Michelle and Kimberly were so Effin sweet! I love Floridas southern hospitality!! My KETO bowl was delicious but I added sausage and oh boy it was so yummy! This is a great TEAM of morning crew and I’m headed back to TEXAS and they were amazing people the two Male cooks were also super kind and put love into the food as they cooked it. This was my FIRST time here to Ft Walton and I will DEFINITELY be coming BACK! Love this CREW! Great Banter they had as a TEAM. ♥️

For amazing customer service and amazing food not just in taste but presentation the ones you want to see and or request Elshabazz, and Kathey are the epitome of what you want in customer service in the food industry. Elshabazz by far the best cook at the highway 98 location in Fort Walton Beach he has a great personality and can make quick changes on the Fly while keeping a positive attitude. Kathey is very attentive and kind an exact with everything she does she also provides top tier customer service just like Elshabazz a great personality and attitude.
