My wife and I had lunch today at KC Steak and BBQ. We had the lunch buffet. They’ve always put out a wide variety of food options and today was no different. I had fried chicken and pork chops, BBQ, corn bread dressing with gravy, okra, rutabagas, candied yams, fat back, Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, with delicious yeast rolls. It’s difficult not to try and little of everything. But seriously this was just a limited list of things available. Not to mention all the delicious desserts. We’ve been coming here for years and we always have a great lunch or dinner. It’s also one of the few steak restaurants were your able to order steak cooked to order. Believe me it’s really worth the drive if you’re not local. Sorry I only chose to rate it 4 star on atmosphere because today it was extremely hot outside and the AC wasn’t working really well. Luckily though we sat near a ceiling fan and it made it better.

Old steakhouse converted to a buffet restaurant. Don’t know if they offer a menu as I e only gotten the buffet, usually after church. Small buffet, not like the big chain GC but prices are reasonable and food always good. Food is not labeled and a couple items I didn’t know what they were. The pork chops are a personal favorite. Wished they had a fish option, never found one the times I have gone. Service is always attentive and keep the drinks filled. Not big on the deserts, ice cream machine never works but I do enjoy the salad and hot bars

Review for BC Steak and BBQ, South Carolina
If you’re looking for a budget-friendly pit stop on your way to Florida, BC Steak and BBQ might fit the bill, but don’t expect much beyond the price tag. It’s a buffet with a very affordable price point (kids eat for $8US), but the food quality is below average. The selection feels uninspired, with dishes that seem more about quantity than quality.
The service is friendly enough, and the atmosphere is casual, but the flavors and freshness leave a lot to be desired. Mac’n’cheese was horrible. If you’re after a memorable dining experience or even just decent barbecue, this probably isn’t the spot. However, if you’re just looking for a quick, cheap meal to fill up on while traveling, it could do the job.
Overall, I’d only recommend it for those with very modest expectations and a tight budget. Otherwise, keep driving and look for better options further down the road.

Tonight I went to B&C Buffet in Dillon,S.C.I witnessed an act of kindness that I haven’t seen in yrs & thought I would never see again.I was standing in line waiting my turn, there was a young man ahead of me.I heard him ask the lady at the counter if she could let him have some leftovers after they close. It touched my heart when she told the waitress to give him a to-go plate. She let him have whatever he wanted on that bar.A big shout out to the owner,Carol for her kind heart. If you’re ever riding thru Dillon, you can’t go wrong if you stop by.The waitresses are friendly & with the southern cooked buffet, you will be very pleased & full.

B C Steak & BBQ has the best Fried Chicken around. We usually get the buffet and everything is okay but not the best flavor, very good fat back, the Mac and cheese is basic, sorta creamy, not cheesy. Service is always the same, they are very attractive and super friendly.

Y’all got to come here!!! I’m from the Lumberton area and we were hungry. We were originally going to cook out because they have sit down inside BUT saw this place. I’m literally sitting here eating while I’m leaving this review. I’m sampling everything first before I eat. I have 2 different prepared BBQ, both are excellent, yams, butter beans (didn’t have to add salt), collards (ok, it has a hint of vinegar but no biggie. Some people like vinegar), FRIED CHICKEN BREAST, I don’t eat breast because they are so dry, this breast is sooo juicy and seasoned to perfection!, pork chops (juicy and seasoned extremely great!), the potato salad taste like cooked at home, mashed potatoes and gravy (don’t add any seasonings), oh my! I just tasted the baked chicken!!! I don’t even like baked chicken! Look all I’m gonna say is, I’ve found me a new restaurant and I love it! Even though I have to drive 45 minutes to an hour one way.

Came to SC with my partner and pets to escape Huricane Milton. Stopped by this charming buffet. It offers southern charm, friendly staff, and exceptional fried chicken. I would highly recommend the sweet tea, fried chicken, fried pork chop, sweet potato, and the apple cobbler. For just $12 before 3pm this place is a true gem.

Southern cooking at its finest. The buffet bar has a great selection of fried chicken, fried fish, fried shrimp and so much more. The okra and shrimp dish was delicious. The desserts were peach cobbler, apple cobbler and more. The banana pudding was yum. If you are looking for a healthy meal, go elsewhere. If you want good Southern cooking and warm hospitality then this is a must try. The only disappointment was that there was no bbq on the buffet. Highly recommended.

Came on a Sunday. The food was better than i expected and their ham was excellent. At $15/person i thought it was reasonably priced. One blackmark, their bathrooms were very dirty and run down.
