I normally do not leave reviews, but I have to say something about this about the rudeness of the worker, it’s one thing to be rude but to sit there and then switch out the language and start talking to the other coworkers in Spanish about a customer it’s just plain disrespectful, and this happened multiple times with the same girl. I will put her name out here, but I’m trying to be respectful. But I’m already running late manager is sending a email to corporate of Winnie’s, because I do have recording of her rudeness and disrespectful

So, I had the opportunity to speak with the manager about the situation. In her audacity, she told me that I needed to be more understandable because our employees were working in the back without air conditioning, and it was my fault for taking the wrong drink. If anyone has been to this particular Wendy’s, they know that drinks are served ready on the counter without any names or labels, so getting the wrong drink is probably common. Tell me to be understandable because they are working back there with no AC as if that was my fault as a customer.

Liz (Elizabeth), the manager, was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and our order. She was cheerful, kind, and incredibly respectful toward her coworkers. The manager was on the register. They are pretty quick. The lady that was working on the Frosty’s in the beverages was complaining out loud about how many Frostie she was doing saying that it was frosty day that she’s going to break the frosty machine going to say it’s out of service being very loud and rude as if it is not an open kitchen literally, everyone is looking at her, causing a scene making the beverages and Frosty’s the food came out before she even portioned the beverage. The food was literally done within one minute as I was asking for a ketchup and barbecue. The guy dropped the whole burger on the floor with the foil and still put it in a bag to serve to the next guest. How unsanitary is that the worst part is the Manager in the baby blue shirt is laughing at everything allowing it to continue. What kind of supervision is that? Also, the burger patties are not seasoned. They were fresh but no seasoning. The fries ice cold. Soda had gas but no syrup this was 3 PM today and $16.00 for a small combo

Don’t have biggy bags or any discounted items line is long always and prices are as expected for an airport the bag is spot on Theres nothing happy about this 30$ meal literally the bare minimum but if your desperate then it is food.

This place is a disaster. From the LACK OF MANAGEMENT to the food. It all is horrendous. Its an embarrassment to the WENDYS BRAND this location. I ordered a taco salad. When I opened it the tacos were missing. I went to the cashier, but unfortunately she didn’t understand english. When they finally understood me, the employees laughed and showed me that there were no more. Return was not possible due to the language barrier. The salad was barely edible and full of water.

I visited this Wendy’s around 2 PM while at the airport. The staff did their job perfectly and were efficient, even with a group of six of us ordering. We got our food in about 5 minutes, which was great. There wasn’t a sitting area, but that’s typical for an airport, and sitting near our gate worked just fine. It was easy to find, and I’d recommend it for a meal while traveling. No complaints at all.

Seriously if you’re going to put fast food in an airport you need more options. I think I speak for all parents when I say there are no options for a small child. Why would I buy a 10pc nugget meal for a 3 year old. It’s BS that they have no smaller options. I hate airports already and when I have to keep my 3 year old here for over 6 hours with no food options it’s insane. Get your crap together.
