I placed a mobile order for some of the new items that i have been wanting to try, when i got there i told the girl i placed a mobile order and gave her my name, she replied with you just placed that 45 seconds ago, i didn’t think it was a big deal since it was just premade bread and there was noone in line so i pull up to the window and im waiting and she hands me the three bags only to find out when i got home she gave me 2 cookie crossiants swirls and 1 strawberry matcha but no chocolate pistachio loaf. The chocolate on the cookie crossiants were burnt, i threw it away. I try to order online so the process is easy and faster on both ends so they dont have take my order and my payment and i can save them some time but i really felt uncomfortable today

Had an excellent experience as we were traveling through from Florida. The store was incredibly clean. The service was excellent. We were greeted when we came in and checked on during our visit to see if we needed anything. Shout out to the bar partner and the shift on because the drinks and atmosphere were top notch. Visit date/time 3:30 on Oct. 2!

The entire staff engaged in making sure that I would have an experience like no other Starbucks; they remembered my name till the end when I left after 45 minutes, food/drinks were ready by the time I reached the pick up side and wished me a safe trip back to Vegas having remembered that I was buying a coffee cup to take back as a sovenier from Spanaway to Vegas. I never do Starbucks but the entire staff confirms that there is no substitute to human touch in this sterile era of emotionless AI!

This location is the worst in town. They are always insanely slow for no reason. If I order a drink from the other side of town it’s still not done by the time I arrive 20 minutes later.
Today they closed 30 minutes earlier than their posted time to close causing myself and two other customers to drive all the way across town for them to shut the door in our face. We arrived after they decided to close, but well before the time they posted publicly that they would be closing.

I ordered 2 London Fogs with oat milk. They came out much faster than normal which we thought was weird. I was given 2 earl gray teas with half water and half oat milk. They were not steamed, no froth When I called to rectify she just kept saying she knew they were made right. I pointed out what was wrong with it she just kept arguing with me saying “Sorry we made them right, maybe you got it different somewhere else”. I’ve gotten them from this site with no issues before. So I paid $12 for drinks we won’t drink.

And it wasn’t just me. They’re turning into McDonald’s, prioritizing the drive thru. There was 5 employees running drive thru and 1 running in house orders (and register) so by that calculation 0.5 workers running in house orders.
