Just came in, was treated so poorly I’d never come here again in my life. Lady was not attentive, or kind. gave me dated steak and I ask for fresh one steak she mocked me and told me I should have told her before. Stating she knows it bad but only would give me fresh steak if I bought additional meat. I told her I didn’t want the other steak and she mocked me again stating I should have told her earlier. The attitude and the overall level of professionalism is what made me walk out and I’ll be sure to tell everyone I can about my experience. I now remember why I stop coming to this establishment. Over worked employees and poor management leading to overall dissatisfaction with quality of service and food. Do better, be better.

I went to this Chipotle and the food inspector was there. As im in the line I thought to myself ” this girl with blue hair looks like she had head dandruff and I dont want that all over my food” coincidentally thr food inspector looked pass her and told a young man with dreds barely touching his shoulder he needs a hairnet. I was offended FOR HIM because totally ignoring the girl with blue hair who my major concern was appalling to me. Guess what happened when I voiced my opinion. I was told I would not be served any food and got THROWN OUT THE RESTAURANT by the Spanish day shift manager. I was so embarrassed but guess what ? Now I dont eat at Chipotle anymore (it’s ok because after that ecoli outbreak i use to hate walking into Chipotle when it was the only option for rice and beans in cigar crossing if I didn’t look up to par for chillis) but guess what? I walked out and went right next door to TROPICAL SMOOTHIE where they have good for your health option and everyone had to put their hair up and very polite to all customers. Even ones with opinions about the food they paying for. Ill never go back here again. I get ptsd everytime I ride pass. And before you ask, YES SHE WAS SERVING FOOD. SHE WAS SERVING FOOD WHEN I WALKED IN BUT AFTER I SAID SOMETHING THEY REMOVE HER FROM SERVING THEN KICKED ME OUT RIGHT BEFORE MY BOWL WAS ALMOST DONE GETTING MADE .

I walked in to order just a bowl of protein like I usually do and I’m usually charged 4 to 6 dollars depending on the protein I get. I told the lady I wanted just a bowl of protein and she said she is not allowed to do that anymore and she could do as a side. I’ve never heard of that but okay, since its way less meat I thought it would be cheaper. How the hell is two SIDES of meat $15???? Im better off getting a bowl with double protein at this point and throwing everything else out.

I ordered tacos with chicken, veggies, and cheese and a side of the chimichurri. The lack of portions they put on them was a joke. There were only three other customers in there, which was unheard of back in the day. Chipotle is done. Private equity destroys a once great restaurant.

I was here and my food was 30 minutes late but it was not the restaurant’s fault. They got bombed with 70 orders all at once and everyone’s food was late. The young ladies working the to go were absolutely heroic. They powered through the orders as quickly as they could. They were pleasant and polite even though the customers were being rude. They exhibited grace under pressure. No matter how rude the guests were they were apologetic and never slowed down. I understand being overwhelmed and these ladies handled it well. I will be back.

This place should not even be allowed to be open. I ordered my wife’s food and mines online. The app told me that it will be ready in 20 minutes. I sold up in exactly 20 minutes because the app told me that it was ready. I walked inside only to find that it was not ready. They seem to have plenty enough staff, but there was a major line at the counter, I understand being busy but saying that my order is ready and it’s not as unacceptable and a waste of my time the quality of the food plus the cleanliness of the restaurant was absolutely terrible trash was coming out of every garbage can that you can see no one even try to wipe down any table that was inside of the restaurant I should have took pictures and videos, but I just really wanted to get my food and leave after getting the food. My wife stated to me that hers was cold, and I already saw my bad seating on the counter not even in the pick up area. I would never ever return to this store again because the customer service was not great at all. The food was Terrible and I feel like someone needs to come in and just close this place down. It was just that filthy.

I had a really unpleasant experience today with an employee named Josh. From the moment he started plating my food, his attitude was cold and unwelcoming. When I asked for specific items, it felt like an inconvenience to him rather than his job.
To make things worse, the guac was overfilled and smeared all over the inside of my bag, and he made no effort to clean it up or show any courtesy. There was zero care or customer service shown throughout the interaction. I didn’t feel welcomed once during this visit.
A reality check is needed—basic professionalism and consideration go a long way, especially in customer service.

I visit this Chipotle almost every week, and I usually order the same thing because I know what I like. This time, I arrived a little late to pick up my order, but when I checked the pickup kiosk, my food wasn’t there. When I asked the staff about it, they confirmed that it had been made but must have been taken by someone else.
That’s when Ty stepped in with some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Without hesitation, she reassured me that they’d remake my order, and in less than two minutes, I had a freshly made meal ready to go. After a long day, that level of kindness and efficiency really meant a lot. Huge shoutout to Ty and the team for handling the situation with such professionalism and care!
Now, to whoever took my order; if you truly needed that meal, I sincerely hope things get better for you. No one should have to struggle to eat. But if this was just done for the sake of taking something that wasn’t yours, I want to gently remind you (and others) that this kind of thing does hurt businesses. Chipotle can likely absorb the cost, but when it happens to small businesses, it can have a much greater impact. As someone who works with small business owners regularly, I’ve seen how the little things add up, and supporting local businesses means respecting them too.
All that said, this location gets five stars from me for their incredible team and dedication to customer service. If you’re in the area and want great food with great service, this is the spot!

I wish I read the reviews before going to this establishment.I have been eating chipotle for so many years.And this place was terrible.The way the looks on the face of customers.No friendliness at all. Not to mention the little crumbs of meat, they give you when trying to order steak and chicken. When I say little crumbs, that’s what I mean.I asked for a little more and they asked me if I want double and I answered with no, im still waiting for the single portion.
