Well, It’s a McDonalds. Not one of the betters ones, but not one of the worst. Customer service and interactions with staff has always been pretty good. When it comes to the food…well…’it depends’ is the best description. You hit it when lunch menu opens, or at high traffic times, food is good. You come later in the evening or at slow times, your fries will be lukewarm and your burger will have been microwaved (or whatever proprietary term they use for their version of ‘microwave’.

First time I have seen self order kiosk , after i experienced the food and cleanliness I wondered if they could replace the entire staff with machines. Floor was wet and i almost fell, counters dirty, staff all chatting behind counter, I got cold fries and old hard burger. Worst McDonald’s ever.

The workers can’t get the order right or even make it in the first place. The employees will give out free food to family and friends, and leave you waiting for something that isn’t even coming. Worst I’ve ever seen and happens every day

It really all depends when you get the food yesterday I ordered food around the same time they made me pull up and the food was amazing but tonight the food was terrible this has happened twice I always order on the mobile app and the first time they didn’t get my order right and when I pulled around the manger asked are you sure that’s what you order and got smart tonight they made me pull up again and they got my order wrong they didn’t give me onions when I asked for extra and the fries very very old tasting and cold went back inside and they got the food right that time and made me wait for fries for them to still be old and cold they really need to do better

Look I’m all for better wages and higher pay, But it seems like since the surge of (better wages) for fast food employees the customer service as well as quality of the food has just plummeted. I was pulled ahead to wait this evening for 2 cheese burgers and a fry, both were stale and cold. If I could leave less than a singular star I would!!
