The food was amazing. I had the birria pizza, and the esquites were excellent. The atmosphere is great—the place looks fantastic from the second you walk in to sitting at the table. Everything was clean, service was fast, and Carlos was a phenomenal (and hilarious) server. Overall, 10/10 experience. Couldn’t ask for anything better and genuinely have no complaints.

Will be traveling from Savannah to eat here more! My husband and I stopped here for lunch on a Sunday afternoon – the ambiance alone was 15/10. Carlos was our waiter – he was very personable, funny, and on time with everything! I had the Texas rice and my husband got the pizzabirria as well as the esquites. Food was awesome. I will be back asap to get my own pizzabirria!

We had no problems with service and the food was very hot when served and also really delicious. We got tortilla chips with salsa for free as starter. It took less than 20 minutes to get our meals on a Sunday evening, what’s really good. Unfortunately some of service didn’t really understood English, so you should keep that in mind for your order. But apart from that we had a good dining experience.

I went there at 9, so an hour and a half before they closed. We then waited at the host stand for atleast 10 minutes while we made eye contacts with all the host and servers standing behind the bar gossiping(it was not very busy). I took it upon myself and walked over to them and ask if their dining area was still open, which the lady replied to with “yes, I’ll come seat you”. She sat us in the far corner near the front of the restaurant for us to only sit there without any server even coming to ask us about drinks or chips and salsa for 20 minutes. I understand if places close a little early but this behavior is unacceptable

Great atmosphere, it’s clean and bright with a lot of cool colorful art on the walls. Big drinks and big meals are easy to find. Margaritas selection is nice and I love the tajin rim instead of salt.

Thought about giving this place a second chance, but both times were absolutely atrocious. After waiting for about 15 minutes the first time to to be helped and spending almost 2 hours to just have dinner is insane. Came back around a second time and this time was even worse, not sure if waiting 15 minutes is their minimum to help their customers but happened again. Had a party of four with the restaurant almost empty, there were more staff working than actual guest eating. After getting looks from all of their staff and no one coming over to help we had to leave. Sucks the place has renovated with this type of staff.

La Hacienda was such a pleasure. The atmosphere was great, I loved the art work through out. The server was so kind and quick to offer suggestions and kept the drinks flowing. The food was very good. My group of 5 had a variety of items from quesadillas to fajitas to grilled fish. Everything was fresh and delicious. Would absolutely go back again and again

Try the Carne Asada, you won’t be disappointed! My only critique is that it is always very bright in there. They should dim the lights in the evening to create more ambience; other than that great food and good service.

Food tasted great but portions are small. Ordered a Mexican Steak with Chorizo, got chopped beef with chopped chorizo instead. Tasted great, but expected a traditional and authentic presentation. The walls and restaurant theme is the demon “La Santa Muerte” (Holy Death).
