I am confounded as to why the person taking orders in the drive through would get angry at us asking for the food we would like to eat. We weren’t hesitating, we didn’t take too long – we ordered each person’s item specifically and quickly and twice he interrupted and said “have all your items ready before ordering” – it was SUPER weird and awkward. It’s like the dude didn’t know he was taking orders at the Taco Bell drive through.

I get up to the drive through and ask for 2 orders, they cant do it. So I go around twice to get my food. Get home and we got nothing but soggy tacos. Taco bell really needs to replace employees. If you are in the cincinnasty area I recommend you just keep trucking

I stop by about once per week to get food, mostly because it is one of the few places that I will stop at on my way home, and they just cant help but mess something up every single time.
The last time, it was four missing soft tacos, before that, the items that I ordered with extra sour cream (which they charge for) had none, or instead of holding the sauce on an item they put it on anyway.
At this point I guess it’s my own fault for going back, but fast food really shouldn’t be this hard.

Very rude second time we were treated like this. Not sure why but we order on the kiosk. This one employee will put the order on the counter and not give us the drinks. When I ask for them she walks away and ignores me. I am assuming this is because it is not her Job to do this and its someone else’s job. I thought that was the case but today when she didn’t give me our drinks and ignored me. She put a drink up for a door dash. So I took it. Thats when the guy came in for his order he asked for the drink she immediately gave it to him. I don’t understand why she is doing this but its not okay. Someone should really have a talk with her and let her know this isn’t acceptable. We eat here at least twice a week. We may just have to start going somewhere else.

Very rude employees! Someone needs to train the day shift lady in the drive thru how to be friendly. If she hates her job that much she should go get a different one.

Absolutely love this Taco Bell they give you exactly what you ask for! Food always made correctly fresh and tastes amazing plus the staff is respectful and the service is great!!

Literally hate to say it but Taco Bell needs to not even exist at this point every Taco Bell I go to the employees talk the same like they’re whispering and the portions are skimped, just went to two Taco Bell’s the first one I ordered online we get there and they say they don’t have rice or the nacho fries so we cancel the order and go to another one down the road and they don’t give the items we paid for and still put on something I didn’t want so my boyfriend ends up going back for me so I get what we paid for and he brings back burritos that finally don’t have sour cream but they barely have any meat, cheese or fiesta chips- and these are all things they come with, at this point better than nothing. If I could rate negative zero stars I would!!!!

I pulled into the drive through at 12:45 since according to their posted hours they close at 1am. They said they were closed. This has happened on multiple occasions, even as early as 12:35. Change your advertised hours if you aren’t going to keep them.
