This store needs to be shut down…IMMEDIATELY! I don’t know what kind of management is happening here, but the ownership needs to close and not re-open until EVERYONE receives proper training. I’ve been here THREE TIMES and each time has been an absolute CIRCUS. A couple weeks ago, I ordered online. Got to the store and was told they only had enough food to complete ONE of the FOUR sandwiches I ordered. Had to get a refund. Just yesterday, I ordered online at 8:08pm. The store closes at 9:00. Online said my order would be ready at 8:30. I got to the store at 8:23 and they said the store was closed, the registers were down and there was nothing they could do. They’re shutting the store down almost a FULL HOUR before it’s supposed to close? I received a message about my order being cancelled AFTER I left. Today….. because we wanted sandwiches and figured service would be different IN THE MIDDLE OF THE AFTERNOON, my wife went back to the Florissant location. What gluttons for punishment we must be. She goes in and they tell her the register is down, so she had to order online INSIDE THE STORE. Without a single other soul in the store, she waited 30 mins for the sandwiches to be prepared. When she went in, they told her they ran out of large white bread, and made her a medium….just fully expecting her to take the smaller sandwich. She literally had to ask if she would be refunded. They gave her a drink and chips to cover the difference.

She gets home and the food is COMPLETE TRASH!!!!!!!!!!!! My pastrami sandwich had NO VEGETABLES, and was NOT TOASTED! My daughter’s tomatoes were about half inch thick cut. None of the sandwiches were toasted or even cut. My wife peeled off the wilted lettuce from her food.

This is an embarrassment. I don’t advocate for young people losing their jobs. However, if you want to continue to let these KIDS provide TERRIBLE SERVICE, you won’t be open much longer.

Someone needs to be contacting me, STAT. I want back every dime we’ve wasted or a credit so we can go to a Firehouse location that will actually serve what we order. The next conversation is with corporate.

Now yal should just be ashamed. Mad is an understatement. Please close until yal get your lives together. This is direspectful.

Also, looks like this is an ever going issue. Rod, the manager, hung up on me & was rude. Please get him some training and or close the location the other reviews are sad.

Horrific!! is the best description I am able to give right now. I did an on line order that was supposed to be ready at 6:45 on Aug. 15, 2023 I arrived at the store at 6:47 and my order wasn’t ready until 7:27 other customers were complaining about the same issue and even walking out( which I should have done) My order was cold and incomplete. I ordered 2 cups of soup and 2 sandwiches thes food was ice cold and not even a full cup of soup. I was given my soup in my hand and had to ask for a bag for the soup. Neither sandwich was made correctly.
So disappointed and aggravated.

Never got a greeting when we came in. Sandwiches were requested and none of the sandwiches were made correct. Then when the employee asked was the food good, we gave her our honest opinion and she proceeded to argue about it. I do home care and I came in with my clients and they were elderly people. The store’s appearance also was very bad. When asked about a manager, the employee stated that she was the manager as well as the owner and she was going to see any complaint that would made against her! She also doesn’t know how to communicate properly with customers and other employees 4/10 wouldn’t recommend this location

Today was the worst experience I’ve ever had a Firehouse. The employees were arguing the entire time. The guy (who was not scheduled 1pm but had been there since 9am) was so rude and yelling. He was saying mean things to the employees and sat in the very full lobby “to watch them work since they didn’t want to listen”. It took over an hour to get three sandwiches. Several customers left, a few demanded a refund (but no manager was available to do the refund), and a lot were very upset. I’m not sure how much money they lost during my 1 1/2 hour wait but it seemed like a lot. This was the most ridiculous experience I had a Firehouse. Such a good company with horrible management and employees. Shout out to Sara, it was her first day working there and she truly tried her best.
