Don’t get me wrong, Popeyes is good, but this location just sucks. Customer service isn’t even good, you’re spending at least half an hour waiting for just the food, and not to mention the cellular service sucks. Today is 12/18/25. I’m at the drive through. I placed an online order, that was accept at 10:19. This place supposed to open at 10am. The time is 10:37, the cook and manager on duty has told me there will be no chicken available for another hour. EVERY time I come to this location there is an issue. This establishment would be more profitable if it was being ran better. Tho I only saw one other car get turned away, that’s still missed money! If you are the owner you need to do a mystery shop. I got my food at 11:05am. And then they did not even give me the four bbq sauces that I paid for, Unacceptable!!!

Darius was rude. Him and the lady working with him don’t know how to greet customers. Waited at the speaker for minutes without a word being said to me. Then the lady finally speaks and tells me to pull forward and I tell her the order of the name I am picking up and she ignores me and doesn’t say anything so I pull forward. Then when I get to the window they ask who I am picking up for, and don’t say anything to me and close the window on me when I say the name. They claimed they didn’t have any of the items for the order and to ask the customer if they wanted bone in wings instead of boneless and all of a sudden they have the items available, aside from the boneless wings. I call the customer and ask her to call the restaurant and then I go back in line. Again, no one says anything at the speaker so I pull forward. At the window, them two and another guy shows up and grabs something to drink and doesn’t say a word. The workers see you parked by the window and ignore you. They stand and talk to each other the entire time and I waved to the window after a few minutes of being completely ignored, and Darius does a sarcastic wave back. Waited for one small order for 30 minutes, slow service. Terrible customer service. These workers lack people skills. They do not know how to respect customers. Idk how these employees get hired when they have attitude and are impolite. Last time I went here for the first time and another lady employee was rude as well. I do not recommend going here.

Lot’s to say about this place…. Be prepared to wait in line forever (not literally but definitely feels like it). The service is not very friendly and don’t even try to offer you anything extra when they totally mess up your order and you wait even longer to get the right stuff. Only drive thru no indoor dining. They have 2 drive thru windows one on each side of the building but only use one. And since KFC closed this is your ONLY chicken place on this side of town so definitely usually very busy. You can order on the app which seemed like a great idea especially seeing that you can pick the time you want to pick up your order……when I did this my order still hadn’t even been started when I showed up and I was even way later than the time I chose…..and still waited for about an hour for my food. Which wasn’t right and missing items but it was nice and hot. And tastes so good when it’s fresh.
I definitely recommend dealing with any issues you have online because they are amazing and take care of the issue right away. Which was definitely great.

Would give a 0 if possible, Ordered food, sat in drive thru for 30 minutes to get up to the window and get told they didn’t have what we ordered, nor were we offered anything else to replace the food that we ordered. Just close this place, its a joke…….

Just a trashy place. I ordered and picked up six tenders, but there were only five. They didn’t give me any sauce, and there were no tissues or spoons. I waited 20 minutes to receive my order. This place needs to disappear quickly.
The hygiene of the workers is so poor; they throw away the trash and immediately serve food.
The cleanliness of this place… I think a passing rat would be cleaner.

They stole our money from an online order. We did not receive our food because “we don’t have any sandwiches” after the order was already placed for 40 minutes and 15 minutes later all of a sudden they do. They told us to go online to cancel the order and receive a refund but all over the site apparently it says no refunds??? So they stole. Grimey restaurant with grimey people who just steal from you and don’t even care. They don’t even deserve a stupid star considering google is too nice and won’t let us leave our actual review ZERO STARS

They always take forever to take your order and then to get the food. Even with online order I still got there and waited over 30 minutes for chicken they said needs to be cooked but other cars were leaving before me. Edit- still waiting for my meal 42 minutes in the drive thru and they won’t even look my way.

Wow just wow. Over 45 min in the drive thru at 3pm 5 cars…. yet we’re taking breaks no extra hey were busy lets go just slow as a snail who cares right. Ill never be back just close it. Can’t save that. With that effort what does their kitchen look like..???

I do Uber Eats, and for the third time I’ve had to cancel an order because they allow the customer to order food, but when I go to pick it up they are out of stock of whatever the order was. This affects my ratings, my pay, my time, and it’s just rude.
Another time, I picked up an order but the drink was missing. I requested the drink for the order, got a nasty look and a 3/4 filled cup. Customer then reported me for tampering with food. Get it together!! Just because you hate your job doesn’t mean you get to mess with mine.
