I’ve been coming to this establishment since I was a child. I was very disappointed. Immediately upon sitting down to be told that they were closing in 30 minutes. Their hours are posted as 9:00. This is terrible customer service and a far from the establishment it once was. Incredibly inconsiderate of people’s time wasted driving there to find out they are closed.

Went here on my birthday, BIG mistake! Made reservations but when we got there we noticed that the place was empty besides 1 table. Got there at 6, as that was our reservation time. Waited 15 minutes to get drinks, another 10 minutes to take our food order. At 7:30 (an hour and a half after reservation) my appetizer came but we’re told our food would be another 10 minutes! Meanwhile EVERY single table (without reservations) had gotten their food and some even left. After and hour and 40 minutes we decided to leave. Amber , not our server, was telling me just 10 more minutes because that’s how long it takes to bake sided flounder, lmao, i said it was rediculous and we wouldn’t be back. Got mouthy as she tried to make excuses as to why her tables were all served and ours wasn’t. Heard us talking and told us to enjoy burger King. No manager present to talk to. Have posted all over fb and have shared my experience with everyone. No apologies, no free drinks, nothing, just pure disrespect, unorganized ,

The ONLY decent thing about this little joint was their food. Service was HORRIBLE, and I mean actually quite sad. We walked in at 6:45 and they were busy, no problem we agreed to wait. As we are waiting, we are hearing other tables complaining about their service so far. We got a table around 25 minutes later, again no big deal. We had enough time to look over that whole menu (we have NEVER been here) make up our minds & still we were left looking around for service. I couldn’t tell you what our servers name was, after waiting roughly 15 minutes just to place our food & drink order that was of course all taken at the same time due to the slow service, she didn’t return for another 10 minutes with our waters and told us she had to change the syrup for the Coke. Another 10 minutes go by, she brings I don’t know what and says it Coke. You can tell just by looking at the glass it’s not right. Either way if you’re not going to take the time to actually do what you said and change the Coke syrup, don’t bring somebody what you brought us. You can tell they have regulars that they favor and prioritize, that is good and fine. They better hire some staff that knows how to run a business as the 3 girls on the floor/bar this evening we’re pathetic. Literally looked like chickens with their heads cut off. Would not recommend.
