One time, the food here was delicious. The meat was cooked perfectly it almost melted in your mouth, cabbage cooked, and not crunchy. BUT, EVERY OTHER TIME THE FOOD IS JUST GROSS. It’s NEVER the same, and that’s what’s annoying. They must have bought CHEAPER MEAT, because now it’s all grisley and full of fat. This was the last time I’ll eat here. For the price I expect better quality and more meat. At least $30 for two people.

I had issue with an order placed on the Monday, prior to me returning that following Sunday. Which would be the conclusion and would resolve my issue. I placed an order for two chicken plates with extra vegetables. And received two pork plates instead. Due to religious and health issues and in fact I just had abdominal surgery a month prior. And was not able to eat that I was able to call in and they said that they would go ahead remake the place. Unfortunately I didn’t get the messages near my talk to them and got Lost in translation that’s the fact that I came in on Sunday instead of that same day. Though they couldn’t find my information is still went ahead and honored that and the manager Bogar. The customer is always right attitude and just being sympathetic and kind went ahead and honored it without having something other than my word. Which definitely was me feel respected honored and cared for it I thank you very much to the staff and managers for being so diligent and resolving the problem efficiently I was compassion wonderful staff I hope everybody has an experience like that thank you very much and the food was delicious.

This location is absolutely amazing. I ordered a 51, which Is the order that order from every every location. About five minutes in. They told me they were out of rice and was cooking more rice. They said it would take about 25 mins. I was in a hurry. So they hooked it up. I really love the vegetables. So they gave me vegetable and macaroni. I definitely absolutely recommend this location. They were fast and very professional.

I tried here today for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. I had the Pick 2 plate with BBQ chicken and BBQ Beef with a side of macaroni salad. The protein came on a bed of white rice with salad on the side. Very generous portion for the price of $14.99! The meat was seasoned and flavorful, rice qas jasmine I believe and cooked correctly, I enjoyed the salad also but it could have used a tab bit more dressing. The macaroni salad was simple and with some added cracked pepper it was pretty good also. I will be back!

I called in requesting to speak to the manager on duty. I then reached Bogart! Bogart asked me how can he help? I explained to him the issue I had and he immediately took action. Bogart make sure that my complaints and concerns were heard and offered a solution! I am very satisfied with the customer service that Bogart provided! I just to enjoy coming and eating here but now I don’t think I’ll be back to this location. They seemed to keep over cook my food the last two times now. This last time I came today it was burnt. The thing that really top it off main reason is I saw a roach crawling near the sauces. This is not good. Im disappointed.
