If i could i would give this place 0 stars. My brother, niece, 2 nephews and myself got 3 medium ice creams, a cheese steak, chili cheese fries & 2 brownie sundaes, and 3 small drinks, a large drink and a bottle of water. It came out to be $72. This was our “brownie sundaes”. The size of my hand. For $8. 10/10 would never come back. The woman who was working in the window was so passive aggressive. They either need better workers or more workers. Also the porter potty in the back had human feces caked on the walls and everything. It was absolutely disgusting.

I used to come here all the time with the kids and then started going to Gabels since it was closer to my sons daycare. However, I decided to come to Janes since i was around the way. I was completely shocked at the prices for the amount of food I received. I initially ordered two meals for my kids, and the drinks were 90% ice so I asked for a refill and they said they charge for refills? had I known that I would have said hold off on the pound of ice. Then my husband orders his meal a bacon cheeseburger small drink and fries…… $20.63 HOW IS A BURGER AND SMALL FRIES over $20 needless to say we will not be back. I understand things have gone up in price but based on the picture, that is not worth $20

This place has everything you want from a classic ice cream stop…delicious ice cream, snack-stand favorites, plenty of picnic tables, and easy parking. Great spot to bring the family or just treat yourself. Definitely worth coming back to.

By far the best ice cream spot around! If you’re looking for great food, great ice cream, great people, and not to mention their famous pup cup check out JANE’S! Run by the best, and most friendly people around. My dog and I have been coming to Jane’s for a few years now. We go every single week from opening day, to closing day. Malik their mascot says the pup cups are IRRESISTIBLE! If you’ve never been there, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you check them out! Treat yourself and your pup and go to JANE’S!

I always stop by when they’re open for the season. I visit from nyc and I make sure to bring my friends and family as we are leaving stroudsburg. Ice cream is always a hit, food is banging and service is super friendly. This is my local spot!!

First time back at Jane’s since I was a kid! Came here for dessert after having dinner at the Snydersville diner just down the street. I saw that today was opening day and banana splits were buy one get one free! They’re my favorite so we had to go! They are huuuge and the bananas are the perfect ripeness! Chocolate, vanilla and half and half topped with pineapple, chocolate syrup, and strawberries, respectively… Each flavor is covered with whipped cream and maraschino cherry. We’ll be coming back all season!

Very pleased to discover that a medium is three scoops, and you can vary each scoop. Great way to try various flavors. Staff was very friendly and curteous. The waffle cone was a little thin, so it leaked a little bit, and it’s outdoor only so you deal with the associated flying pests. We’ll be back!

We love Jane’s and the staff! We come here to celebrate! We come here with friends! When family is in from other states.. we come here! We even come for something sweet after dinner some nights! We ordered 2 cheese fries and both came without cheese, then I found a blue string/hair/fabric on one of my fries. On top of that, the wait was like 15 minutes so you would think the food would at least be good… but even my chicken wrap was ice cold and the fries overdone. Last but not least, I asked for one of the butterscotch milkshakes and got vanilla instead sooo, won’t be coming back here again. My mom got a wrap also and mentioned that it tasted bad. Loved this place until the new owners ruined it.
