I always ordered from here I placed a order with a sandwich and the meal with it and somehow I don’t know who decided or thought it was funny to SQUASH my sandwich and it was thin,wet,soggy i would never thought this would happen and never again I will not order from here and I will find a different store to placed an order.

Order milkshakes on the app, when we got there they were still making them, which was fine. But it gave us time to see how messy the milkshake station was, and they had the cherries just sitting in a cup on the counter to put in the milkshakes, which seemed a bit unsanitary to me. The shakes weren’t mixed well and weren’t that good. Do yourself a favor and drive over to the Whitesburg one, it’s much better

My first visit ever to a restaurant of this chainfood. And after that much hype pn Twitter and what else, got my teeth on a deluxe combo. The fries were regular, nice temp, nice taste. But man, oh man. The chicken was not beyond the poorest expectations, nothing more than a salty chicken, no flavor on the cover. Really a poor choice if you’d like to have a decent meal to fill your hunger. 2/5 stars because staff was cool.

I’d be honest I went to chick filet for the first time ever last week, and I ordered the deluxe sandwich. It was more spicy than I thought. I didn’t enjoyed it definitely spicy.food is not for me. Then I went again and ordered the traditional none spicy and WOW!!! that was a juicy piece of chicken. I feel I may describe it, it was Juicy, Tender, Warm, Crispy, and delicious. I will be back for more hungry as I always am…lol buy I tell you my friends I was not disappointed at all on the second try. So Big WOW!!!

Very frustrating service at this location. Very long wait time, very unorganized. Went in for dinner with my family and they failed to give me part of our order. When I asked where it was they demanded to see my receipt like they had forgot I was just at the counter. I have seen this location mess up people’s orders before while doing DoorDash. Next time I will just go to the one on Governor’s Drive. It was not our pleasure.
