Drive thru workers just want to fight with you. I pull up and ask if I can give them my code to check in for points, they ask if I’m checking in to pick up an online/mobile order. I tell them I’m not and can I give them my number to check in. I get a response of ‘you can give it (code) if you want’ instead of ‘sure, what’s the code?’ I left without ordering and McD’s next door got my business instead. Do better.

This is the best Taco Bell experience I’ve had in the last 2 years. Whoever was cooking at 2:00pm on 11/3/25 did an excellent job making my food. It was clear there was a level of care present when the burrito and tacos were crafted. Thank you for putting in effort even when that effort isn’t necessarily rewarded directly. Was not thrilled at all! The lady working was very nasty and had an absolutely horrible attitude like she didn’t want to be there I used to love this place but it went down hill so fast management needs to do better will not be back here anytime soon

Consistently slow even when there’s only one car in the drive-through. My food is somehow always wrong even though it’s the easiest order and every single worker is rude. The store needs new management ASAP.

This Taco Bell is so much better than the Baden location. How it has less rating is beyond me. If you are going to leave these workers a 1 star, I urge you to try the Baden location before you do so that you know what a 1 star Taco Bell truly is.

Two days ago, we ordered vegan meals, but my son’s crunch wrap had meat in it, and my burrito had cheese in it. When I told the cashier, she refunded the crunch wrap but didn’t seem to care. We have not had meat or dairy in over 10 years, so this was very sickening. I also purchased a large fountain drink to have Pepsi. When I went to fill it there was no syrup but only fizzy water. I don’t drink anything else, and I told the cashier that there should be a sign so that people know, and she said that she was waiting for the manager to bring some syrup. So pretty much everything was a waste of money, plus they made us eat meat and dairy when we don’t. Very very disappointed. We love Taco Bell but will not be returning to this location again. I wish I had also taken a picture of the meat crunch wrap but I had already taken that back. When I checked my burrito I saw that I had cheese so that’s when I took the photo of it and the bill to show what we ordered.

I was ordering a Dorito cheesy granita crunch they acted like they didn’t know what it was and proceed to say, do you mean a nacho cheese Dorito Locos tacos I said no but then they proceed to say pull up to the next window. This is probably the worst service I’ve had here. I will never go back.

They can’t get an order correct. The cashier swiped my card without ever confirming my order or telling me my total. I didn’t realize until I looked at my food and receipt that they rang up the completely wrong stuff. I ended up paying double what I should have had I gotten the correct order. So I paid twice as much for food I didn’t even want.

The drive through person was very kind. No problem there. My complaint is that every single time I order chicken chalupa supremes they are SOOOOO stale that I don’t even eat them. The prices for this type of fast food has gotten so high that I will not be coming back for inferior quality.

Whenever I visited USA, I preferred Mexican food and My first choice is aways Taco Bell. Drive though line is also there. Staff and service is very nice to customers. Food is awesome. You can find shopping and other restaurants around the same location. Keep up the good work.
