We had an outstanding experience at the new Jacks in Vicksburg. While it may be a chain restaurant, they made us feel anything but ordinary — from the moment we walked in, we were treated like family.
Our group of about 30 people showed up, without advance warning, just an hour and fifteen minutes before closing, which can understandably be stressful for any restaurant. Instead of seeming frustrated or rushed, the staff genuinely appeared happy to serve us. They were organized, attentive, and incredibly gracious. Every order came out in a timely manner, and everything was fresh and piping hot.
The food itself was excellent. The burgers were cooked just right, the chicken was flavorful and crisp, the fish was well prepared, and the overall menu offers a great selection. I didn’t get to try the breakfast this time, but if it’s anything like the rest of the menu, I’m already looking forward to going back for it.
Vicksburg has needed a fast-food restaurant that delivers this level of quality and service for quite some time. Jacks has already set a high standard, and we will absolutely be returning. Enough good cannot be said about this establishment.

We ordered online and they gave us a 10 minute ready window. Even though they were absolutely slammed with people it was ready and hot when we got there. Their workers are so nice whether you go through the drive through or inside. And the food was great! Absolutely will be going back!!
