I just recently left a positive survey about this store a couple weeks ago because we had two great experiences with service and food during lunch. We decided to come for dinner tonight and the staff and manager were definitely the most unprofessional I’ve dealt with.
Wife put in a mobile order with coupons for free cheese sticks, she checked out and was given her total, she paid it. We arrive at the location and the employee tells her she owes $7.50. She says there is still a remaining balance that she didn’t pay through the mobile app. We show them the total on the receipt from the mobile order and that we paid it. The woman at the counter had an attitude the whole time and said “well you need to pay the $7.50”. We said remove the cheese sticks then because we used our coupons and they want us to pay for it still. She went to get a manager. The manager was just as bad. She told us we have a remaining balance, we show her the receipt and we paid the total that was given to us. She then told us “it only did that because you didn’t have enough money in your account”.. excuse you. The entire time they just kept trying to blame us for using our coupons in the mobile app. At this point I’ve had it and I said for the 3rd time remove the cheese sticks we’ll just waste our coupon because I’m not dealing with this awful service anymore. She finally went to remove it while continuing to blame us for not having enough money in our account so that’s why there’s a remaining balance.
She obviously has no idea how anything works and was just blowing smoke the whole time trying to defend their system. I explained for the last time how I saw the the total as my wife paid it and the coupons worked. And she finally said it bugged out our system and we have to deal with this all the time blah blah. Sick of managers having awful customer service and blaming customers for their flawed system. No apologies, just gave us our food and left.
So we lost our coupon and the first employee then said to the other employee, we have an extra cheese stick in the back now..
Don’t go here for dinner, we learned the hard way. The lunch crew both times we went the last couple months were awesome but this experience completely nulled those out. Also to top it off, we paid for sausage on our pizza and didn’t get it and the pizza was the saddest looking pizza I’ve ever gotten from Pizza Hut.

The pizza was doughy and undercooked. Disappointed since it was the first time I’ve had the Pizza Hut in a while, but yeah, having to put my pizza back in the oven when I got home was not fun.

Haven’t been to Pizza Hut in a while, but was craving the pan pizza. I’d never been to this location, but decided to place an online order for pickup. This location appeared to be clean and organized. Service was good and quick. I got a cheese pan pizza and alfredo pasta. Seems like the pan pizza has changed over the years (not as good and greasy), but I still enjoyed it. I asked for lite sauce and got a little more than I expected, but I would still give this location another shot. I didn’t taste the pasta, but was told that it was ok.

Pizza was soft and was delivered with little care. The pizza was flipped over on itself and the cheese was all stuck into one ball some of the pizza had no cheese. It was as if the box was placed sideways or had fallen. When the meal looks like that makes you wonder if it was tampered with. Customer service online was horrible . Delivery person had the Pizza Hut sign on the car so , very disappointed.

The absolute worst experience ever. Was called a liar and was met with hostility from the moment the “manager” with LDE got on the phone. And it sucks bc I used to love patronizing this location. Luckily the internet is vast, and corporate has already been contacted.

Went to Pizza Hut today. Placed order through Grub Hub. Received text and email that order was ready. Pulled to the pickup window and told the guy the order was through Grub Hub. Order was not found.Pulled around and went inside after rechecking my info. Showed female worker email receipt and address of location. She called the same drive thru guy over and he checked again. No luck. He called mgr on phone who told him I would have to order again. Why would I do that and I already paid. I left and asked Grub Hub who found order right away to cancel. Was told order ready but no one came to pick up by Grub Hub Went back to Pizza Hut got same female. She asked name and number and found order right away. Same info given before. Of course she added a side note we need to say which company we ordered through which was given initially and it was on the receipt.

Customer service and food are not great. Our order ended up 20 minutes late and when we finally got home we found out that the chicken wings we ordered were still raw in the center. This is after we already started eating the wings too. Hopefully I don’t end up sick from this but I cannot recommend this location to anyone.
