I use to live in Ohio I live in the state of Delaware now. My family and I came down to bury my nephew who was young and after driving 8 hours getting 3 hours of sleep I was starving and bragged that Donatos is a awesome pizza place cause Delaware doesn’t have a Donatos so I couldn’t wait for them to try it. Well for one the pizza was undercooked doey not thin crust firm like I remembered and yet somehow there was a hint of burnt taste. I just couldn’t get over how soft the dough was! If this is new I don’t like it and I hope we don’t get sick, that’s all we need!

I door dashed from this location tonight. I ordered three pizzas. One was suppose to be cheese pizza and instead I got that one as a pep and sausage. It’s not a bad pizza but my kids don’t like it and now won’t eat. I have to make them something as they only like cheese pizza. One of the other two pizzas is burned and same on the bottom. Absolutely terrible. When it came out of the oven I would imagine people have eyeballs to know that is bot able to be served. DoorDash said they would only give me a $7.10 refund. I spent $95

A lot of the reviews here are’t fair. You can’t blame Donatos for mishaps with DoorDash drivers. I’ve been bringing my family to this Donatos for years and have always had great experiences. Food is hot, fresh, and delicious. Staff is professional and takes good care of us.
