It took forever to pay with a gift card and then longer to process a debit card. The equipment hasn’t been working properly for some months now. The good news is friendly employees and good sandwiches! I love getting subs a lot but wont come back until the payment equipment is fixed.

We visited during lunch on a weekday. The store was very clean inside and the staff were attentive, efficient, and friendly. Our orders were made correctly and were delicious as well! There’s plenty of parking at this location which is appreciated!

Wife went to the one on tusc in front of marcs in Perry township. Not one person in the restaurant. 2 people working. Orders food and pays. Waits 20 mins while girl makes 4 sandwiches while manager plays on his phone. None of the 4 subs were ours, wife got a refund and left. How anyone that lazy still has that job is beyond me. No more jersey mikes

My daughter 9 months pregnant and I am out of town. Of course she goes into labor! She REALLY wants a hot roast beef sandwich before she heads to the hospital. I ordered her and her boyfriend subs adding to the comments her special request. The team made her sandwich perfect and even left her a little note!
Thank you for taking care of my baby when I can’t be close by to do it!!! You all went above and beyond and she is soooooo happy and I am so appreciative!

I tried to use a gift card that wasn’t valid at their location (absolutely my fault) and the staff were so nice and accommodating. Their communication was great and they apologized several times for my mistake.
I still got the sub and tipped. Great team!

Great sandwich but the slowest service imaginable. When I placed my order for a reg size italian sub, I was the only one in line…25 minutes later my sub was done. 4 guys came in after me & for whatever reason they decided to slice all the meat at one time for all 5 subs(mine & 4 others) before sending the sandwich down for toppings. My entire lunch break was spent waiting on a sub

Disappointed with experience after hearing such good reviews. Our first visit will also be our last. The woman behind the count said hi and then continued her conversation with her coworker. Both totally ignored us until I interrupted their conversation and asked where we needed to order, since it was our first visit there. Both copped an attitude that we were being an inconvenience to them and then preceded to take our order. They continued their personal conversation while preparing our food , never once interacting with us. Nice amount of meat on our sandwiches but the bread was tough to chew and flavorless. I’m disappointed this visit was such a bust.

This is nothing against any one worker as they typically do a fantastic job, but I must say that it is UNSANITARY to allow a worker to work the cash register touching all of that & then wearing the same gloves, touching the food to help make sandwiches. They should have one worker for the cash register ONLY & nothing else, or at least STRESS GREATLY the CHANGING OF GLOVES! Other than that, always great food & very nice workers.
