We were visiting Mt.Healthy from Alabama. My mother in law used to live there in her childhood so we toured the town. Gold star was one of her must do stops so, we visited the local restaurant. We ordered our food and sat down but what I thought was going to be like fast food was a nice and clean full service restaurant environment with very friendly employees. There were very few people in the restaurant when we visited besides us due to our strange timing. Our service was incredible the Cincinnati 4way was what I had it was wonderful we also purchased the rest of the Gold star packets they had on hand to bring back home since Gold star does not exist in Alabama. Shout out to all of the great people at the restaurant in Mt. Healthy!

This is the best gold star out of all of them! Friendly staff and fast service. The ingredients at this location are always more fresh than any of the other locations I’ve gone to for some reason. I drive out of my way to this location every time now. Keep up the great work!

Ordered 3 cheese coneys, no mustard, heavy onion, and received 3 cheese coneys, mustard, and no onions. I watched on the screen and saw the lady taking my order entered it correctly, so the person making them just wasn’t paying attention. Completely ruined my lunch.

The employee that waited on us was very thoughtful and patient. The food was good considering it’s a chain, fast food style place. It’s definitely better than Skyline. Portions and prices are reasonable.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE “MANAGER” Richard Jules! He started to take our order in the middle of taking our order he told us to “hold on.” We waited 10-15 minutes at the speaker he never came back. It was 1 car at the window 5 cars in the drive through. We called out multiple times to get our order took he never said anything back to us. We drove up to the window where he kept dodging us until we blew the horn to get his attention. He took the car order that was behind us while we still waited at the window for him to come assist us. Richard finally came to the window and we asked “can he take our order because we had already been waiting order 20 minutes”. Richard proceeded to say “ I told y’all to wait, I was going to take your order” but yet took other people orders behind us after we made it know we had been waiting. He took our order but then Got rude with us called us ignorant, told his staff to not make our order, & asked for our card back to “refund” us when we questioned him about the definition of ignorant. Not only that closed the window on us as we are communicating with him about the whole situation just trying to get our food. He laughing with his employees talking to them about the situation. Giving us our food just to drop it into my hand almost dropping the food just for the chili to waste in the bag. I have full videos of everything and as being a fast food manager once before I know how fast food management works & y’all definitely got the wrong person being a MANAGER at this Mt.healthy location!

Always cold. They charge for extra/juicy coneys but some of the driest coneys ever come out of the “kitchen.” Slow service and food is weak. I want cheese coneys(they have chili on em) not a cheezy hotdog!!

Charged me a penny for “rounding” even though I gave exact change. I won’t be back.

Time of receiving food. I figured they were short staffed, but to my surprise as I got to the window, there were at least five people working. The cashier said the issue was everyone was in one area. It took literally seven or eight minutes per car at each at the window. I finally reached the window and paid at 6:39 PM And the cashier said that it will take two minutes to get the food. I received my drink at 6:44 PM. I receive my three coneys at 6:45 PM. It seemed to be very unorganized and lazy work going on I will not be returning
