Why is this KFC notorious of running out of products and getting the order incorrect? Just a month ago my entire order was incorrect, and now again.
Tonight, I ordered online. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo with Mac and cheese and Pepsi, 1 large combo of potato wedges and queso, 2 biscuits, and cheese curds.
Door dash lady had to call twice to replace the Pepsi and cheese curds. By the time it got to us our order was incorrect.
The potato wedges and queso we purchased for $8.99 was not in there. Instead, we received no queso and a small order of wedges. I didn’t realize a small order of wedges which had 3.5 wedges cost $8.99! It was even crazier we didn’t have the queso.
The sandwich combo’s soda had to be replaced with different flavor. The sandwich was completely overcooked. The cheese curds were replaced with a second Mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese and biscuits were the only things in the entire order that was correct.
We had it delivered and we wasted 40 bucks!
On top of all of this: we stopped going because of all the inconsistencies and the establishment and people smell like SKUNK! Sometimes you want to ask if they need a doctor with all their glazed over, yellow and red eyes.
One person can destroy an entire establishment and make a business close down. It’s a virus that catches the cold to everyone. I’m completely shocked this place is still in business. It use to be a well established family restaurant.

An hour to wait on food after waiting 20 minutes to order. Some chicken wasn’t fully cooked. The order was wrong. 3 identical boxes all made wrong. Ordered 3 PC chicken boxes recieved 2 pcs of chicken in each. Definitely won’t be back.
I’ve never been to this location before. After talking to other customers on how poor the service is and your lucky they’re even open at 6pm. Why would anyone come back
I won’t ever spend another penny at this place.

I was told how good the chicken pot pie is. The crust was tasty and crunchy, however there were two small pieces of chicken two small pieces of potatoes, two peas and 2 small carrot pieces. The gravy was plentiful. This pot pie was s complete waste of $5. I do not recommend this item.

If a promotion / deal is no longer being offered take it off the menu or honor it! I went the first time the lady said oh it’s not being offered anymore she just hadn’t changed the sign. I went literally a week or two later and it was still there. She also acted like she had an attitude about me asking about a promotion that THEY have posted! It’s not my fault that you are too lazy to update the sign! They’re always forgetting to put stuff in people‘s bags too. I’m always missing a biscuit a mashed potato, or something! Sometimes they’re even closed during business hours. Complete waste of time .

Absolutely the worst kfc I’ve ever experienced. Tenders were cold, the 6 piece we received was mushy and gross, mashed potatoes were half empty , French fries were half empty and they forgot our gravy with it on a family meal! I called them immediately when I got home and no one would answer the phone.

Haven’t been in forever but decided to give another try. NOPE. placed my order, specifying THREE times that I wanted all thighs. Got home and guess what? No thighs and all legs. Tried calling and phone just rings and rings and then disconnects. Won’t go back.

Ordered a 4 piece honey bbq tenders. Got a box of all dark meat. The chicken isn’t cooked fresh. Had to of been sitting out for at least an hour. Opened up the box and there was white soggy spots on the breading from where they had been sticking to eachother while sitting. Also got the sides wrong.

I ordered lunch here. Found out the dine-in was closed (apparently as is everything on Jungermann all of a sudden). That wasn’t a big deal, whatever, so I went thru the drive-thru.
I ordered a chicken tender combo lunch with mac n cheese as the side. I asked for a lemonade, the lady rudely said they were out of lemonade, so I asked for a sweet tea, to which she said they only had raspberry tea, odd, but I said ok, and was asked to pull up.
I was practically thrown the food through my car window when I pulled up. She couldn’t get me out of there sooner. She handed my drink and card soon after rudely and did not hand me a receipt (probably to avoid my disputing what happened next). As you can tell by the picture, I didn’t even receive what I ordered. I got fries as a side instead. There were no biscuits included which should have been, and not even a single napkin in the bag.
Absolutely horrendous service. I don’t expect much from fast food, but if you can’t get my order right on a single combo, you should at least tell me if you’re out of things instead of throwing me my food and sending me on my way. I now was overcharged for my meal, as I did not receive mac n cheese or the included biscuits. Just terrible!

So this is what $5 gets you. Not even enough to fill the bottom of the bowl. Tried coming in to order and dining room was locked so I had to go through the drive through. Sat in the drive through for 10 minutes before anyone would even acknowledge me at the window. There are 6 employees on shift with maybe 2 actually working. Seriously needs better management.
