Great spot to stop n eat. Easy to get to. Nice dining area. Has an electric warmer, looks like a fire place.. radiant heat..no open flame, but looks cool. They were busy in the drive thru, but got to my order promptly as well.

Drive thru employee was rude when taking my order and then when communicating with him at the window asking about his day he was rude and walked off cussing and the manager thought it was funny. Some of my food was cold. Very unprofessional will never go back

We had an issue our first go-round with our order for our son’s chicken nuggets Happy meal at the Eden location and we live on the other side of Madison had to turn around and go back to have it replaced from the other side of Madison and the manager David that’s awesome and replace my son’s Happy meal as well as complimentary 3 Frosty’s @ no extra charge. He was very great and helpful and accommodated us very well we’re thankful for Mr David’s help I’m fixing our sons Happy meal

If I could give zero stars, I would. Anyone can have a bad day, but apparently all the drive thru staff are miserable in life. They are the rudest people I’ve ever seen running a drive thru. It takes nothing out of your day, to at least say thank you. If not for the people ordering at the drive thru, these people wouldn’t have a job. In my opinion, they don’t need this job. Go somewhere else to work if you’re so miserable!!

Went through the drive thru around 4:45pm placed an order for $39.93 ordered garlic fries and these are what I got. If I wanted regular fries I would have ordered them. Everything else was fine. But I live in Stokes County ain’t driving all the way back. But I have worked fast food. Listen and pay attention to the customer and the ticket.

Terrible place. Went there 4 days ago, and their soda machine is broken. I asked for a coke and once I tasted it it was water down, so I asked for another drink since I thought it must be their syrup but I asked for a sprite and still tasted water down. The girl at the window was kind of rude and overwhelmed and lacking customer service skills. I have previously visited this place and must people at the window are nice but this girl was straight up rude. The food is also not good, often cold fries. The kitchen constantly messes up your food and once they didn’t give us the correct amount of nuggets so we went back to get what we paid for and one of the kitchen ladies yelled that we only ordered a 4 piece when our receipt said 6. It was so incredibly unprofessional. I get it, this job sucks( I have worked fast food too), but dont take it out on the good customers. No wonder this place is mostly desolate. Will not recommend it to anyone.
