I ordered cheese tots and they were inedible cold stale ,hard like a brick , and when I called up there to the “manager “she said she couldnt do nothing , I let her know I don’t. Want a refund just conversation she couldnt even do that because it was ordered through door dash and that They rotate the cheese tots every 30 mins I think they actually hate people or are lazy either way the issue was not resolved she hung up on me
Im not sure how you can get better as a business if your ‘manager’ hangs up amd is avoidant get out of food business if you can’t Deal with customers ….

Don’t even bother ordering on the app for this location. Actively been sitting checked in for over 20 minutes and have seen multiple people order their food after I pulled up and they got their food before me. The point of ordering ahead is to get your food faster, not wait longer than the people ordering after you. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this issue from this location and they need to do better

Almost 20 min. The woman I ordered the drink from asked “they haven’t gotten it to you yet?” There was literally her and one other guy. Who’s they????? I asked for some sort of coupon she wouldn’t get me one but that I could talk to a manager, but it would take a long time. Such bad customer service on her part and whatever system

Ordered online, at site already in stall/bay for pickup. Receipt lists 5:37 as time, with delivery expected at 5:44. When food didnt come by 5:52 I went and banged on door for service. Final receipt from store lists 5:53. Food was cold, probably had been sitting there. Second time in last 30 days this has happened with online order, both times had to knock on door for help.

Well, first off, there is no better place for frozen treats. I was intrigued by the Peanut Butter and Bacon Shake. So I tried it out. The PB Shake part is great, tastes just like the Reeses Blast. They added a strip of real bacon, which was OK, but doesn’t really work with the shake. They probably should just use bacon bits of some sort. All of the bacon is at the bottom of the shake, with a large chunk of what is left of the bacon strip still intact. It just did not seem right. I’m a big fan of PB and Bacon, as I make those sandwiches at home often. I’m looking forward to trying the PB and Bacon burger. Sonic is a great place and they get good marks for trying with the shake. It just didn’t hit the spot. Not much to show with the picture, but here it is anyway.

#11 chicken sandwich was inedible and is laughable when compared to the picture. Tots were good and fresh. Drink tasted good, but asked for easy ice and got a cup FULL of ice. $11 for half a drink and some tots. Been a while since I’ve been here. It’ll be longer before I come back. Server was indifferent but brought the items I ordered. No care is given in fast food service anymore. Prices are driving me to eat at a sit down restaurant for better food. There’s no value here.

My order was rung up under the wrong stall so I waited over twenty minutes and when I finally pushed the button again to check on the order they apologized and got it right out to me. The carhop said she had some coupons for me but it ended up being one coupon for a free drink. Of course the food was cold. So I spent $30 and waited over 20 minutes for cold food and got a free drink….I just think they could have compensated me in a better way. EDIT – Editing to add that I just looked at the coupon they gave me and it expired in December 2024. Classic Sonic at 121st and Elm.

Horrible service. They forgot half the order and then said it wasn’t on the receipt. Show them the receipt which has the missing items on it. Finally comes back with said items, and they were wrong and when we tell the carhop, she goes ok well I have to go and walks away. Lol what? Like we were not rude, our voices and tone were normal so I’m confused why she had to leave. Then we have to press the button and explain the issue all over again and wait. This location needs to train staff on basic customer service.
