This was the first time I have been to the sports bar and it was amazing. The view is amazing and the employees are terrific, especially Hannah and Jessica. Those two girls provided excellent customer service and made me feel so welcomed. I had the turkey grinder and it was amazing! Not only was the food delicious, but they also had a live band! I highly recommend visiting the Sports Bar at Treetops if you haven’t been. I can’t wait to visit in the future.

The place is convenient considering you’ll be hungry after an afternoon of snowboarding. However the food is pretty horrible. It’s weird because portion size is good but the flavor is so so bad, at the point we didn’t eat it. Feedback from them to improve.

We decided to visit tonight having never been there. We both ordered the black and blue burger. Although our first burger came out wrong (rare instead of medium), our server Chrystal was absolutely stellar!! Come to find out it was her first week there, she was so understanding and quick to fix it. Because of her outstanding hospitality we will definitely be back!

Ordered the Philly cheese steak and substituted fries for the chips. Philly was outstanding, the onions and green peppers were crunchy and flavorful. While I don’t care for crispy fries, they were still quite tasty. Our server was kind and very informative. And of course friendly!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I called to order after being told by the front desk that they did delivery. The lady who answered told me delivery was 1.5 hours out so could I pick up. I agreed and placed my order and was told 30 minutes. I went to the bar 30 minutes later. I paid for my food and they stated it would be out in a minute and they told me to go stand by the pool table. There was food sitting out on the counter but the gal told me it wasn’t mine. 30 minutes later still no food. I go back up to the counter. I ask the gentleman now about it who starts looking at the food that has been on the counter the whole time. He states that is my order. I explain that is the same order that was there when I arrived and was told it wasn’t my order. Now that food is probably ice cold. Another older woman pipes up and says she only brought that order out 5 minutes before. I explained that was not true. Take the food back to my room….which is ice cold. No silverware and no salad dressing. The whole experience was extremely disappointing but the worst part is the lady who lied just so they didn’t have to make it right. Never again.

The server we had was nice, however the service was slow despite the restaurant not being very busy. The food wasn’t great, but wasn’t bad by any means. We had a very mediocre experience by most standards.
