Moes Southwest Grill has great customer service. I love their new flour tortillas for the tacos and burritos. They are better quality and don’t break apart. Their meat is fresh and their cheese dip is always on point. Highly recommend recommended!

I went to Moe’s on Airport at McGregor, purchased two bowls and paid $23.00. When I got home with the food, I found out that the seasoned rice was raw, and crunchy. The steak on my husband’s plate was hard and not palatable.
I called to voice my opinion, the manager ask me, what do you want me to do about it? I was thrown off of my game and I said,”I just called to complain.”
The next day I took the food back to the store. The on duty manager told me they were not going to give me a refund because that’s the way they cook their rice. That they changed their steak and she didn’t know why it was hard. I asked for another food item and she said, “no.”
What kind of food establishment does not give the customer some kind of compensation when you can clearly see that we did not enjoy the food.

I had an edgy bowl and my friend had a quesadilla. There was a generous portion, the food was hot and tasty. The service was quick and friendly. As this is a chain store, the decor is fairly standard and the restaurant was clean. I would eat there again.

Went to the restaurant and spent nearly $40.00. I ordered a medium queso the cup wasn’t even half full. The food has no flavor and the amount is not worth the price. My husband only took maybe 5 bites and threw it away. A waste of money.

This location sucks. When I walked in, no one greeted me. The girl decides to finish her conversation before serving me. Because apparently touching all over her face to talk about a piercing was more important than. Then the wanch didn’t wash her hands and just put on gloves. The other employee just stood there and watched. No one said anything about her behavior or at least start making the food for me. I don’t know if it was an insecure thing or what. But I don’t get why you would be rude to someone you don’t even know. Like what’s the point. Never going here again. I never have any problems at other locations. I recently visited moes, at different location, and everyone was friendly. Throw the entire location away.

I ordered a burrito on yesterday through DoorDash. Over half of the ingredients that I asked for were not in the burrito. It was literally only ground beef and corn. I called to speak with a manager about my order on yesterday and the young woman who answered said her name was Kayla and that she was the manager but no resolution was reached. I attempted to resolve the issue today because I figured she wasn’t being honest about being the manager. Well, I was told today that there was nothing that could be done because that was yesterday and they have no manager named Kayla, but this is why I called back. I also have my receipt of what I paid for. It may not mean anything to the manager and employees at Moe’s on McGregor Ave but I will not be patronizing their establishment again. Yes my money was wasted. I get it, you don’t need my money or my business and that’s okay but treating me with disrespect and as if I don’t matter is not okay.

Moes was absolutely TERRIBLE . Placed a online order rat the Mobile AL. Location, and even though the food was prepared while I waited, some how the burrito and it’s contents were still cold.
The contents themselves were very bland and tasteless, as if the chicken had no seasoning whatsoever! Also the rice lacked any semblance to cilantro lime, I guess that’s best left up to Chipotle.
In fact this has certainly reinforced my loyalty to Chipotle, as I can actually TASTE their food. The only redeeming factor that I can give them is their QUESO dip and chips. Hard pass on future visits to this chain altogether, but for those who are content with the blander side of things, have at it!

Good food, generous portions and friendly staff. This is a city where it is hard to find good takeout but Moes is a rare find. Recommend it for their quality and flavor.
