Restaurant was so nasty I almost changed my mind before ordering. The eggs were over cooked and the waffle was cold. Seemed to be at least two servers and only 3 tables sat. Not sure how on Earth the kitchen got so gross or why no one on the clock was embarrassed for customers to see it like that.
I ordered an all star and asked if they would make the waffle after i finished the rest of the food. Server said, “sure”. After she brought me my food, she came right back with the waffle. She said, “I know you wanted your waffle later, but it went ahead and came out”
Almost like the waffle had a mind of its own… it went ahead and came out. How much does it cost to make another waffle? Surely not much. Waffle was nice and cold by the time I got to it.
None of these things are a huge deal by themselves, but all together it screams lack of leadership. Weekend overnight crew needs adult supervision and leadership. IF… they actually care about standards. If not, keep doing what you’re doing.

This is the only waffle house I will eat at, however tonight was disappointing. There were no tables clean. I had to stand in front of a booth for afew minutes before someone would clean one off. I was there a good 45 minutes and when I left tables were still dirty. 2 employees working and 2 standing around on their phones. Today at nearing 1:00 p.m. there was zero rush and three non-working staff members sitting around while two tables sat empty. My husband and I sat for five or so minutes waiting on a clean table. No one said any words to us at all. Each member of the staff that was serving, not cooking, looked my husband in the eye and made no words to mention. Hey, we’ll get you a table in just a moment. Welcome to our establishment. Nothing absolutely zero. We walked out. This is not the kind of service that I would expect in Conway Arkansas. There should be a well-equipped staff and an actionable manager insisting on customer service top notch. We went on to a different waffle House in Conway, the one off of 65 and we’re greeted by three to five people that worked there immediately with a welcome to waffle House. Our waitress walked over and greeted us almost as soon as we took the table. Bree, super kind. Don’t waste your time on the Hogan waffle House. They don’t have their stuff together. Go ahead and head on over to the highway 65 Wadfle house, They will take better care of you. They will welcome you and they are willing to clean the tables to serve you.

Had a disappointing experience here tonight. I’m a regular Waffle House goer and my experience tonight shocked me. I sat down at 8:10 and wasn’t spoken to until 8:25. It took around 35 minutes for me to finally get a waffle, only part of the meal I ordered, and then every 10 mins or so another part of my meal would come out. Our waiter, Paul, presumably forgot to have the cooks cook the bacon, so once I was done with my meal he had the cook put the bacon on the grill. At this point I’ve been here for over an hour, I’ve finished the portion of my food that was given to me. I don’t want to eat the bacon after I’ve finished my entire meal. I’ve been here an hour. I want to leave. I asked Paul to deduct the bacon from the cost and he still charged me full price. Both of the cooks were standing around giggling and the one who wears the hood on his head was making himself a coffee whilst playing on his phone instead of doing his job. It seems everyone was served before me and I had been there the longest. Very disappointed in the service today.

The waitress by the name of Jade was extremely unwelcoming by making discrete comments when we walked in like “lock the doors” and she was hostile for no apparent reason other than the fact that we were there. She immediately handed us plastic utensils instead of the regular cutlery that’s provided when you dine. Also, she had horrible customer service that resulted in an uneasy atmosphere. If you’re going to act like this while working during your shift then you quite frankly shouldn’t ever have a job. Would never recommend this waffle house to anyone as i’ve never had an experience like this at another location! Please get rid of her!

Every time I come in here, it takes forever for them to even ask me what I want to drink and then when they do, ask me what I want to drink they’ll forget half of it. I just think that they really should pick it up and be more attentive as people come in. I understand if they’re busy, but there was only four people in here when I arrived.

Always good greasy food. Price increases are certainly reflected but worth it. I would not recommend eating at Waffle House every day, or you’ll probably die of a heart attack within a year… but good every once in a while. Service is always top notch.
