This place needs to be buzzing. The food was outstanding. Crispiest pork belly. Delicious. Entree’s were to die for. The poached pear with chocolate sauce though… omg the best dessert I have ever tasted. Do yourself a favour and dine at The View in Albany. They have a small menu but it means every dish is made with love and tastes delicious

We have been here several times before and loved it, however, it is now a shadow of its former self. The menu which was on line was not the menu we were shown on arrival. The food was very substandard and we weren’t the only couple who weren’t satisfied. The staff didn’t have a clue what they were doing. Such a shame for such a wonderful setting.
Re-set visited again February 2026, everything changed, the meal was delicious and the staff were very attentive. Well done.
