My girlfriend and I went to this Subway and ended up walking out because of the employee’s attitude. We were placing three sandwich orders. My girlfriend knew exactly what she wanted, I knew what I wanted, but I was waiting on my mom to confirm hers. Instead of starting the two sandwiches that were ready to go, the worker insisted she needed all three orders before she would begin because she “wanted to make all three at the same time.”
There was no line behind us, no rush — just unnecessary pressure and attitude. She kept pushing me to hurry up and figure out my mom’s order instead of simply starting the ones we already knew. The tone and body language were rude and dismissive, which made the whole experience uncomfortable.
Customer service goes a long way, especially in food service. A little patience and flexibility would’ve solved everything. Instead, we felt rushed and disrespected, so we decided to take our business elsewhere. We ended up getting food somewhere else and will not EVER be returning to this location.
After reading the reviews beforehand, I was already skeptical — now I understand why.

When I confronted the employee, she claimed she had voided the transaction, but my bank clearly showed the charge had gone through, including the unauthorized tip. At that point, I felt I had no choice but to call the police, as what happened was clearly wrong.Even with authorities involved, the employee lied about voiding the payment, which was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. This kind of dishonest behavior is completely unacceptable.I hope corporate and local management take this seriously and ensure stricter oversight of transactions. Customers should never have to deal with this kind of situation.

We placed an order online and paid for it online. When we got to the restaurant, the employee told us that she doesn’t take orders online or over the phone. She was extremely rude towards myself and my dad. She was also yelling at us when we asked where our order was. She was over 10 minutes late miraculously after we questioned her about how we could have made an online order and her not except it, she miraculously came up with it without an explanation. We thought that she was making the other patrons orders. When we got home, we found that the subs didn’t have the ingredients that we chose online such as salt and pepper oil, vinegar, Oregano, mayonnaise, And mustard. Also the bread was not the one that we chose online. The meat was very scarce and had a funny taste to it. The nachos had no cheese and were stale. We could not eat it and had to throw them out. Which is upsetting to us because we only went to this particular restaurant because the nachos were still being sold there. Worse than the food was the horrible behavior of the employee today’s date is June 6, 2025 and we got to the restaurant around 6:50 PM. For identification purposes The employee was an older Caucasian lady. We really hope that the owner is reading this review and take some corrective action so this doesn’t happen to anyone else. We will not be back to your establishment.
